The show begins with the Rovers back at the RRHQ. Hunter is currently talking with the Master. 'It took me awhile," Hunter says, "But I found all the Rovers and Jr. Rovers! They were basically all in a 30 mile radius, so once I found one, it wasn't that hard." "Well, that's good news," the Master says. "There was one casuality," Hunter says. "Some died?" the Master asks in fright. "Yes," Hunter replies, "Muzzle." "But, remember, Muzzle can't die," the Master says, "He has to live on, inside another Rover, partially affecting what he or she does." "Well, if you don't count that as dying," Hunter says. "Well, who's he living in?" the Master asks. "Jeff," Hunter replies. "You know, if I could pick anyone tha'd be perfect for it, it would be Jeff," the Master says, "He's becoming a great force to be reckoned with, and is very self-motivated, but a great team person as well." "I have to admit," Hunter says, "He has been a good asset to the pack lately." "Sure has," the Master says. The show then jumps to Jeff and Rango's room, where Jeff is trying to sign on to America Online. "Darn this service!" Jeff shouts. "Right when I try to read my mail, I get signed off. What in the world is the matter!" "Cool down, mate," Rango says, "Must be the computer. Hopefully the Master'll get you a new one soon down the road." "Hopefully," Jeff agrees. Then all of a sudden, Star walks in. "Hi Rango, Hi Jeffy!" Star says. "Why hello there, Star, Queen Optimism, Annoyer of Millions, And Jeffy Obsessed." "I like that name!" Star replies happily. "And, I heard something else," Jeff says, "I heard from a reliable source that you said you had a crush on me." Jeff then points to Rango. "Are you serious?" Star asks, "I only said that so I wouldn't get my tail whipped by Colleen, cause I liked Blitz too." "Well, I've got good news for you Star," Jeff says, "Colleen has a crush on me now, so you can go back to liking Blitz." "Good," Star says, "Me marry you? That's too sick to imagine!!" "Yea, it sure is!" Jeff says as he tries to sign back on to AOL again. "So, signing on to America Online?" Star asks. "For the 14th time in the last 10 minutes, yes," Jeff says. "Huh?" Star replies. "He keeps getting signed off when he tries to read his mail," Rango explains. "You know, the same thing happened to me!!" Star says, "Must be something wrong with the system." "Must be," Jeff says. Jeff then tries to read his mail once again, but it won't let him. "What is going on?" he asks. "I don't now, mate," Rango says, 'But you might as well stop trying to read it. I bet it's only messages from Star and Colleen." "If there are messages from Colleen," Jeff says, "I want to read them!" "Just give up!" Star says, "Let's go to Colleen's room, and see if the same thing's happening there." "Colleen's room?" Jeff says, "Gladly!" The three then walk to Colleen's room, where she is also at the main menu, just about to read her mail. "Colleen!" Star says. "Hello there Star, and Rango, and Jeffy," Colleen says, "G'day to you all." "G'day my tail," Jeff says as he walks away. "What's with the KIing of Volatile Moods over there?" Colleen asks. "He's just upset that he can't read his e-mail," Star explains. "Funny you mention that," Colleen says, "I'm having the same problem. Maybe we should go talk to the Master about it." "Yea, I guess we better," Rango says. The four then walk to the Rover briefing room, where the Master is relaxing in a lounge chair. "Master," Colleen says, "Our computers have been acting up lately, we can't seem to be able to read our e-mail." "That's interesting," the Master says, "I'll have the Jr. Rovers check on the situation." The Master then picks up the microphone to the intercom and says, "Jr. Rovers, we need you to investigate a problem with the RRHQ computers," the Master says, "Please check on this immediatley." The Master then turns to the four and says, "We should have the problem fixed in no time. In the mean time, go ahead and get some rest. You never know when a mission could turn up." "The Master's right," Rango says, "How 'bout a nice, relaxing walk?" "I love these walks!" Star says. "All right," Colleen and Jeff say simultaneously. "We'll be back in a bit, Master," Colleen says. "See you then," the Master says as the four Rovers leave the RRHQ. On their way out, Star asks, "What about Blitz?" "I'll go get him, mate," Rango says as he runs off to Blitz's room. 10 seconds later, Rango reappears with Blitz. "I heard we were going on another walk," Blitz says. 'You heard right," Jeff says. "I love these walks!!" Blitz says happily. "Don't we all?" Colleen asks as they officially leave the RRHQ. The show then jumps to the room of Waboo and Lizzie, where the Jr. Rovers are checking on the problem with the e-mails. As they do, they receive an Instant Message from RRMaster99. In it, it says:
"Just telling you my new e-mail adress..."
Then it skips three lines, and then says...
Therong, profong, my army is strong, Stefow, Burdow, you're part of it now! Samy, Jedy, your master I'll be, Burdang, Surmang, The powerful Quang."
As the Jr. Rovers read this, their eyes seem to go blank. They look almost dead, but still look alive. Then, all six of them begin marching in a row, and go straight out of the back entrance to the RRHQ. This triggers a pattern on all of the computers. Suddenly, the other computers in the 6 other rooms turn on, and reveal the message. The remaining Rovers, Hunter, Shag, and Exile then read the message, and do the same as the Jr. Rovers did. Meanwhile, the five Rovers on the walk know nothing of this. In fact, they are currently playing a game of tag, and Blitz is it. "C'mon and get me, Fluffypants," Jeff challanges. Blitz then runs at Jeff, but misses him, because he runs away quickly. "Ha! You can't catch me!" Jeff says. Then, the Master's light shines on the four Rovers, and the Master says, "Rovers, something very surprising has happened!! Report to the briefing room immediatley!!" "Guess we'll have to pause this game," Colleen says, "Everybody remember that Blitz is it." "Gotcha," Rango replies as the Rovers head inside. When they arrive at the briefing room, the Master says, "Rovers, I've got bad news! Exile, Shag, Hunter, and the Jr. Rovers have disappeared!" The five then look shocked as we go to commercial break.
----------First Commercial Break--------------
The show returns with the Master briefing the Rovers on what happened. "It seems that when the Jr. Rovers were trying to check on the problem, they recieved a suspicious Instant Message from someone pretending to be me. Their screen name was RRMaster99. When they read this, it started a chain effect, and all of the RRHQ computers turned on and flashed this message. Once they read this, it seems that they were mind zapped, and have been taken away by some evil force." "I bet I know who it is," Jeff says. "Must be," Rango replies. "Who?" Star asks. "Quang," the four Rovers reply. "Who's Quang?" Star asks. "Well, on our first stop on our summer vacation, Waboo had this little contraption," Colleen explains. "The contraption had a chemical inside that took over the minds of the people who bought it." "So we went to his headquarters," Jeff explains, "And we got Waboo back." "Oh, I see," Star says, "I think I agree with you, it must be him!!" "Well, we're off!" Colleen says, "Let's hit the road, Rovers!" This is followed by an "Aarrroo!!!" from the five Rovers as they board the Power Rover. On this trip, Rango is pioliting, with Jeff and Colleen also in front, and Star and Blitz in the back, cause, "That's definetly how I want to sit!" Jeff said. As usual, the first question is to Rango. "Got any signals, Rango?" Blitz asks. "For once, no," Rango replies, "Guess their not in the mood for talking right now." "Guess not," Jeff says, "Well, the Master told me to give these to you," he says as he shows five computer chips in his hand. "What might those be for, Jeffy?" Star asks. "They're for tracking," Jeff replies, "In case one of us gets lost or such. Then we'll always know where everyone is." "Oh my gosh," Star replies, "I called you Jeffy, and you didn't care!!" "Well, I've got other matters on my mind now," Jeff replies, "Like getting Hunter, Exile, Shag, and the Jr. Rovers back. "Good that you do, mate," Rango says. The show then jumps to Quang's location, where he is talking to the Road Rovers. "Welcome to your new home, dogs," Quang says, "I have great plans for you. Together, we will control the world with your brute force and canine insticnts. Anyone who doesn't bow to us will face extinction. Now, begin work on our weapons!" The screen then shows the Rovers, begining work on such weapons as lazer blasters, guns, and booby traps. The show then jumps to the Power Rover, where the Rovers are still trtying to find out where the Rovers are. "Have a signal yet, Rango?" Colleen asks. "Still no sign," Rango replies, "I think Quang must have soundproof walls. The only defense to my super hearing!" "Then what are we going to do now?" Blitz asks. "Well, we've gotta do something to find out where the Rovers are," Rango says. "I've got an idea," Jeff says. As he says this, he heads to one of the computers, and locates RRMaster99. "Whaca doing, Jeffy?" Star asks. "IMing Quang," Jeff replies, "Then he'll put his curse on me!" "Were you born crazy, or did you have to take lessons?" Star asks, "Why in the world are you putting Quang's curse on yourself!!" "Because it'll lead you guys to me," Jeff replies. "How, mate?" Rango asks. "With the locator thing, you'll be able to track every move I make, and you'll be able to find the other Rovers!" "That's very brave," Colleen says. "Hey, I can't help it," Jeff says, "It's one of my super powers, I'm super brave!!" "Sure is," Rango replies as Jeff sends an Instant Message to RRMaster99, saying "Hi master!! Good to see you on AOL!!" Then ten seconds later, there is a reply:

It then skips five lines and reads:

As he reads this, Jeff is also mind zapped and he jumps out of the Power Rover, with a parachute on his back, which he uses halfway down. "Well, we're down to 4," Rango says. "Well," Star says, "As I always say, someone else's loss is my chocolatey goodness!!" "Speaking of chocolate, I'm pretty hungry right now," Blitz says. "After the mission, mate," Rango says. "And what was your name again?" Colleen asks. "Don't you remember, I'm Blitz," Blitz says. "No, that doesn't ring a bell with me," Colleen says, "Oh right, your name's Mr. Fluffypants!!" "No, it's not," Blitz says. "Yea, it is," Colleen says, "Remember, your name is Mr. Stuffington Fluffypants, and Fluffy for short!!" "That's it," Blitz yells. "I'm sick and tired of your name game!! Let the biting begin!!" As Blitz runs for Colleen, she karate kicks him away. "And I don't even need anyone else to defend myself from Sir Bite-a-lot," Colleen says. Blitz, then dazed and dumbfounded, says, "Call me whatever you like!" "I personally like Sir Bite-a-lot," Star says. "Thanks for the support!" Blitz says sarcastically. "No problem!" Star replies. "So, how's the locator going?" Colleen asks. "Right now, he's on a plane in Montana," Rango replies. "Are we on our way there?" Star asks. "Yep," Rango replies, "We'll be in Montana in less than 3 minutes!" "Good," Colleen says, "We're nearing our chance to save the day!!" "I love saving the day," Blitz says, "Especially since it makes me famous." "The only thing that makes you famous is your bragging, mate," Rango replies. "Yea, I guess Blitz is a super braggert!" Star says. "But of course," Blitz says, "I have a lot to brag about!" "Yea right," Rango says. The show then jumps to where Quang is, and Jeff has also arrived. Quang is currently testing the weapons for their first attack against the Canadian government. He is currently testing the one Max made. "Nice," Quang says. When he tries to fire at the dummy with it, the gun explodes. "Is this your idea of a joke!?" Quang asks. "It must have been an error, I'm sorry," Max replies. "Ha!" Quang shouts as he fires a bulet at Max! It hits him in the paw. "Owwwwww!! That stings!!" Max screams in pain. "Let that be a lesson to anyone who dare dissapoint me!" Quang says as the Rovers work on building more missles. Meanwhile, the Power Rover is approaching. 'We're here!!" Rango says as the Rovers land the plane on Quang's, and we go to commercial break.
------------Second Commercial Break-----------
The show rerurns inside of Quang's plane, where Quang is ready to begin his attack. "Ok Rovers, file into ranks," Qunag says, 'It's time to begin our attack on the Canadian government, our first stop on way to world domination!" The screen then shows a sign saying, "Welcome To Canada," that the airplane is passing over. Meanwhile, Rango, Colleen, Blitz, and Star are makng their way to the inside of the plane. As they do, Rango notices the walls. "Well, I have to admit, this guy isn't a dummy," Rango says, "These are soundproof walls, and they even block my attempts to hear." "Well," Star says, "At least we're here. What are we going to do?" "Well, it's no use going up to the Rovers," Colleen says, "How about me and Rango sneak up on the guards? We should, with our super cunning and super alertness. Then, once we get them off guard, you two can sneak in." "I've got a better plan," Star says. "What?" the three ask. "I'll create a little diversion, and you three can break in and see if you can get the Rovers out of this curse," Star explains. "Ok," Blitz replies, "What's your diversion going to be?" "You'll see," Star replies as she walks away. She then runs up to the guards, and says, "Lookie! Lookie! I'm a Road Rover!! And you don't have my mind, though it may be super small!! Ha Ha! Ha Ha!!" She then runs back and forth, avoiding the guards' bullets. Meanwhile, Colleen, Blitz, and Rango enter Quang's plane. As they do, Star pulls out her weapon. It is purple and teal, and says, "Star's Weapon" on it. When she fires, a ray is released that keeps swirling in circles. When the guards see it, Star takes control of them! She tells them, "Go to sleep! We'll take care of you little kiddies later!! She then runs after Colleen, Rango, and Blitz. When she enters the plane, she can't see them. Then, out of nowhere, a hand grabs her by the neck. She then notices that the fur is black, meaning that it would either be Max or Waboo. When she turns around, she sees Waboo. Then, Quang enters and says, "Ahhh! What a suprise! Another Road Rover!!" Star then breaks free of Waboo's hold and says, "What do you think you're doing Quang?" "Taking over the world," Quang replies, "And welcome to it!!" He then plays an audio sound, and gains control of Star. "That's 11," Quang says, "Just need 3 more!" The three (Colleen, Rango, and Blitz) are currently watching the precedings. Unfortunatley for them, Rango hears the sound (super hearing) and walks to Quang. "Make that 12!!" he shouts in delight, "And looks like we're nearing Ottawa, the capital!!" Hearing this, Colleen says, "We better act quickly, or the world is in danger!!" "I love it when you talk to me!" Blitz says. "Later, Fluffy," Colleen replies, "We've gotta save the others first, before they destroy the world." "Let me bite their tusshies then!" Blitz says. "Sure go ahead," Colleen replies. As Blitz runs at Quang, shouting, "Let the tusshie biting begin!!", Quang turns on the audio sound. All of asudden, Blitz stops in his tracks, and comes under Quang's control. "Oh, brilliant," Colleen says, "Now, I've gto to make up a plan. What should I do?" Then, Colleen thinks for awhile, until finally, she makes her decision. She then hussles back to the Power Rover, where she hops online. She then does a search of Quang and AOL uploads, and finds his main computer and the virus he sent to the RRHQ. She sees that Quang sent a virus to teh Master's supercomputer, unabling them to read their e-mail. When they tried to, it was kept on memory, and the Instant Message flashed on all of their computers. She also found out that Quang's controls were inside of his computer. She says, "Ok Quang, how about some payback?" She then pulls out a disk that has a pirate symbol on it, that she brought along in case of a situation like this. She then uploads the virus up to his computer, that is going to take 1 minute to do. Meanwhile, inside of Quang's plane, Quang has just spotted Ottawa. "We're here!" Quang says, "Rovers, file into ranks! It's time to attack the Canadian government!" As he begins to land the plane, he spots another plane on top of his. "So that's where these Rovers came from!" Quang says, "I'll go check this!" As he does, Hunter takes control of the plane. Meanwhile, back on the Power Rover, 15 seconds are left until the virus is completely uploaded. With 8 left, Quang enters the plane. Quickly, Colleen dives into the back, hiding herself. Quang then walks to the back of the plane, and sees that a computer is online. He then sees that a virus is being uploaded to his main computer. The virus is two seconds from being uploaded. So Quang tries to stop the process, but is unsuccessful. "It's gone!" he says shocked as he runs back into his plane. The Rovers, meanwhile, have just snapped out of the curse. They are currently staring at Quang, very mad. "Thought you could outsmart us, huh Quang!?" Waboo shouts. "Boy, were you wrong!" Lizzie shouts. "But, you're my..." Quang stutters before Jeff jumps in and says, "Army? Not anymore!! Now you'll be taken prisoner by Canada for not having a passport. Have a nice day!!" The Rovers then exit the plane and head for the Power Rover, leaving Quang's plane without a flyer. It then falls to the ground, as the Power Rover (with all Rovers inside) exit. As they fly away, Hunter says, "To the power of the pack!!" and then all the Rovers folllow with an "Aarrroo!" by all the Rovers as we go to commercial break.
----------Third Commercial Break-----------
The show returns with the Rovers trying to figure out what happened. "How'd we break free of Quang's curse?" Maxine asks. "It was me," Colleen says, "I uploaded a virus to his central computer, destroying the mind controling power he had over you guys, saving you and the world!!" "Way To Go, Colleen!" Exile says. "Thanks Exile, I do aim to please, y' know!" Colleen replies. "Well, it is good to see taht we all are okay for once," Exile replies. "So true," Jeff says, "Nobody hurt, nobody injured, everyone's just peachy keen!!" "Yep," Colleen says, "And were back on our sumer vacation!!" "Cool," Hunter says, "We still got some states left, and I personally can't wait for California!" "Me too!" Waboo says, "I'm California's champion dog paddler!! I love my home!!" "That will be fun," Rango admits, "Especially the surfing and everything." "Sure will!" Hunter says, and then he says, let's finish this one off. "Sure thing!" Cody says as all of the Rovers "Aaarrroo!!" ending another mission.
