*PRE-TITLE PART*

As we enter today's new show, we see some cano-mutants gathered together, talking. "What happened?" one of them asks. "Something bad, that's for sure," a golden retriever replies, "Our speciesmafier that we invented was broken into last night by some cat army. I'm not sure exactly how cats, normal, every day cats, just took our system of changing animals into other animals behind our back, but they did it neverthless." "So there's nothing we can do about it?" a young greyhond asks. "Luckily I got to it," a voice replies. We then see the Master (remember how he was in story #4, and Jeff and Colleen talked to him? Here you go again!) coming towrds the dogs. "How did you prevent it William?" the golden retriever asks. "I loaded a virus into the central computer for the system," Sheperd explains, "The virus wil not cause the system to not work a all, bu it will stop it from working perfectly." We then see Parvo the kitty, and a canine friend, typing at the computer as best as a normal cat and dog can. Parvo then hops into the speciesmaier, and instead of turning into what he wanted to turn into, he remained himself. The machine then eplodes, just as he jumps out. Ok, narrative voice!!:
"And so, Sheperd would go on to create a cano-mutator of his own, only to have Parvo in the end use it his own way to turn human. Yet Sheperd would still use this powerful device to create a super bunch of canine crime fighting dogs named the Road Rovers, who have warded off almost all of Parvo's attempts to take over the world and destroy them. Until today..."
*THEME SONG*
Phew, okay kids, let's settle down and review the important information: Blitz, Coleen, Jeff, and Star, in whatever order you want, are still in the white cold north, living allright. You'll hear from them next in earlier April, in what will be the biggest 2-part Road Rover series of all time!!!! If it's not, I will try my best to improve next year. So, how do the Rovers not know about where Jeff, Colleen, Star, and Blitz are since it was broadcast live on K9TV? Becuase they forgot to contact their local cable operator and ask for the network. Bad decision if you ask me. Well, let's get on with the build-up to that huge story:
The show begins with where the Road Rovers are. And where might that be? The jungles of Chicago, Illinois. We then see the Groomer speeding by in her car, while we see the Rovers in close spport on board two new Jeep Rovers. "These new Jeep Rovers are totally neato!!" Exile exclaims, "It's like when I was a racer dog, the wid blowing against your face, the beautiful scenery to look at..." We then see snow suddenly cover the entire ground, up to 3 feet, and all the cars unable to move. "And snow 3 feet deep?" Exile asks, "Now that's too much. Lose it." The snow suddenly disappears, and the chase continues. Then, suddenly, the famous dalmation and cocker spaniel cano-mutants appear, with big bazookas in their hands. "Now this is the time to panic!' Hunter says, who has Buddy, Shag, and Xander along in his jeep, while the other is occupied by Spirit, Julia, Exile, and Muzzle. The Rovers then duck as the two blasts fly right over their heads. "Too close comerades!!" Exile says nervously. He then begins swerving around, and winds up on the sidewalk. "Exile, what are you doing?" Spirit asks. "I don't know comerades, I have lost complete control of this vehicle!! It's driving me Miss Daisy!" Then, suddenly, Julia gets an ide. She then hops on to the car, and pounds on the roof. The cano-mutants then jump ou on the roof, and try and blast Julia. You know what, I think it's a good time now to tell you what Julia's weapon is. Julia then pulls out her hair-grower gun (ok, if you would like to protest, call Rogaine. I've seen a few too many of their dumb commericals), and shoots it at the cocker-spaniel. Fluffy then grows triple the hair, and is just a big puff of yellow. "Hmmmm, this weapon works pretty darn good!!" she says. "Watch your back!" Exile then shouts. At that second, the dalmation shoots at her, but Julia dodges, and the bullet hits a lampost, and the post lands on the car, as Julia flies back on to the jeep. Exile then sppeds up, followed by Hunter, leaving the defeated Groomer and cano-mutants behind. "I don't know if this is the right time to say this," Spirit says, "But look out!!" Hunter and Exile then see Lake Michigan right in front of their jeeps. They then try and stop them quickly, but fail. Then, just as they are about to fall into the lake, helplessley, in come the Junior Rovers, in one of their planes, as they pull out two cranes and rescue the Road Rovers. "Thanks Cody!' Hunter says, "We sure needed that!" "No problem," Cody replies, "That's what friends are for!!" The Junior Rovers then set down thhe Rovers right at Navy Pier. "Thanks, young Rover comerades!!" Exile says. "No problem," Lucy replies, "Just call on us when you're in trouble. We'll be right there." "Thanks again!!" Spirit says, as the Junior Rovers leave, and the heroic Road Rover music plays. "Well, how about a day on the town?" Spirit asks. "Shopping?" Exile asks. "Yeah, why not?' Spirit asks. "You're forgetting that you are the only girl with us right now," Hunter replies. "Nope!!" Julia says, 'Forgot me!!" "But still gals, it's 5 to 2," Hunter replies, "Maybe we could work out an agreement." Spirit and Julia then look over the Rovers head in amazement and point. We then see the famous Navy Pier ferris weheel all equipped with McDonald's logos of course. "Now that's my idea of a compromise!! The only problem with it is how it defies gravity," Hunter replies. "My only problem with it is that it goes to high!!" Exile whines, "It's too high!!" "Relax, Exile!!" Hunter replies, "Just close your eyes and you'll be fine." "Now I wish I could go shopping with the girls," Exile replies, as the Rovers hop into ferris wheel carts. In the first cart are Exile, Spirit, Buddy, and Shag in one, while Hunter, Julia, and Xander board the other. Then, suddenly, the carts head into the air with a quick incline. "Aaaaaahh!!" Exile shouts. The cart then slows down to its normal pace, and believe me, it's not that fast at all. Exile then stops yelling, as the Rovers are in awe at the beautiful sights. "How pretty!!" Spirit says. "Yeah, very nice!!" Buddy says. "You all enjoying this?" Hunter asks. "I think all of us but Exile are having a wonderful time!!" Spirit says. "Don't worry Ex, it will be over soon enough!!" Xander says, trying to cheer him up. "I hope so, comerades," Exile says, covering his eyes, 'This fear of heights is killing me!!" "Well, you aren't scared of cano-mutants, are you?" Julia asks. "Not too much," Exile replies. "Then look to your left!" Julia replies. The four in the first cart then turn to their left and see four cano-mutants in the cart in front of them. "Aaaaaahhhh!!!" Shag screams, hopping into Buddy's arms. "Well, if we keep moving, you all should be okay!" Hunter replies. Then, the carts stop suddenly, with the four Rovers right above the cano-mutants. "I would not have predicted this!" Hunter says. The cano-mutants then fire a shot at the bottom of the cart, and it opens wide. The four Rovers then fall out, screaming. The cano-mutants then try to grab them, but their speed of decline is so fast that they miss them. The Rovers then hit Lake Michigan hard. "Yet another unexpected twist!" Hunter replies, "Bummer!" We then go down to the lake, where a crane is being put into the water to retrieve the Rovers. Behind the crane is General Parvo. "These will make a great addition to our army!!" General Parvo says, "Nobody would ever expect the Road Rovers to do something like that." "They'd also never expect two cats to try and take over the world either," the Groomer replies. "What do you mean, two?" Parvo asks. "Oh, nothing," the Groomer replies. The Rovers then emere out of the water, yelling for help and trying to break lose. The crane then sets them in a vehicle. Parvo then pushes the crane aside, and he and the Groomer hop in the vehicle. They then drive off. Then, at the bottom, we see the cano-mutants getting off, waiting to annoy the other Rovers. Then, as the Rovers are lowered, they fire a shot at Hunter. Hinter then ducks, and the shot misses him. Then, from behind, comes Muzzle, unmuzzled. "Who unmuzzled him?" Hunter asks. Muzzle then runs up to the cano-muutants. They then turn their heads, and gasp as Muzzle starts tearing them up limb from limb. "Woah, does he do that often?" Julia asks. " My stoumach's turning faster than Michael Johnson runs!!" Xander says, "Take it easy, man." Hunter is then seen reading a book. "How can you read when Muzzle is doing that?" Julia asks. "It's easy, once you get use to it," Hunter replies. "This happens often?' Xander asks. "Yes, but it's never too often for Muzzle to help us out by getting rid of the bad guys!!" Hunter replies. "Well said," Julia replies. The bad old cano-mutants then run off, defeated. Muzzle thenn lays there, and burps. The Rovers then get out of the cart. "Ok, who unmuzzled them?" Hunter asks. Then, Max emerges. "I know this city like the back of my hand!!" Max replies, "I figured that you'd be here!!" "What young pups can do these days!!" Hunter replies, "Thanks again, Maxoneinamillion!!" "Never a problem," Max replies, "So long!" The heroic music then plays again, as Max hops back into the Junior Rover plane. "Now, to find the others," Hunter says, as the four, including Muzzle, follow the trail. Then, far ahead, we see a van, jam-packed, with General Parvo driving and the Groomer next to him. "Now what did you tell me earlier about two cats ruling the world?" General Parvo asks, "Were you referring to us." "Well, yes," the Groomer replies. "But, what do you mean two cats?" Parvo asks, "I was a cat, but you?" "It's a very long story," the Groomer replies, "It would take forever to explain it." "But, are...or, were you a cat?" Parvo asks. The Groomer then draws closer to Parvo, and then says, "Yes." "You were?" Parvo asks. "Yes," the Groomer replies, "But it is too hard to explain. Besides, we have these animals to worry about back here." "That's a good point," Parvo replies, "But please explain it to me, sometime." "I will, Gen'ral, I will," the Groomer replies, "You will know soon enough." The Groomer then goes to the back of the van, where dogs, cats, humans, birds, and wild animals are all tied up to the wall, while the seats are pulled aside. The most noticeable figures are the four Road Rovers, Shag, Spirit, Buddy, and Exile. Shag has his head hidden behind Exile. "Shag, just stay calm, comerade!!" Exile says, "Everything will be okey-dokey!!" Then, as soon as Shag sticks his head up, he sees the Groomer coming towards him. "Never mind, everything WAS okey-dokey!!" Exile screams as Shag buries his head in his hands. "This one will make a great bear!" the Groomer says, studying Shag. "Bear?!?!?!" Exile asks. He gets no reply from the Groomer; instead, she unties Shag. Shag then gets up, growls in her face, and growls, sending her flying backwards into the back of her seat, but then five cano-mutants then come towards him, and pull him to the back. "Stay strong, comerade!!" Exile says, as Shag is pulled away. He is then put into a chamber and is locked up inside it. "All set?" the Groomer asks a dog whose head is turned towards a computer. The dog then turns his head around, and we see a great dane smiling like crazy. It's Glenn. "All set!" Glenn says. Buddy, Spirit, and Exile then notice the voice, and they all three groan at the same time. Then, suddenly , a large flash exits from the machine and Shag can be heard whimpering. Then, suddenly, the whimpering stops, and gentle growls can be heard. The machine door then opens, and a growling bear exits where Shag once stood, with a collar marked Gen Par Co. on his neck. He then walks to the Groomer, and allows her to pet him. He then growls at Spirit, Buddy, and Exile. "Yes," the Groomer replies, "The sepeciesmafier, it works!!" "Speciesmafier?" Exile asks. "It must turn a cerain type of animal into another animal," Buddy replies. "Weird," Spirit replies. "Exactly!" Exile says, "Now comerade Shag is a relative of bear Winnie!" "You still watch that show?" Spirit asks. "Yeah, Winnie is one cool bear!" Exile replies. Meanwhile, a bird, human, and cat have been placed into the machine and have for some reason been turned into bears as well. "We have 4 Gen'ral!" the Groomer says. "Goodie," Parvo replies. He then turns the van around, and we see a sign saying

Meanwhile, in Chicago, Hunter, Julia, Muzzle, and Xander have gone to the top of the Sears Tower, the best lookout place for the Road Rovers. "See them?" Hunter asks Julia, who is peeking through some of those binoculars at the top of the building. "Michael Jordan's restaraunt, Hard Rock Cafe, Rock and Roll McDonald's..." "Stop! You're making me hungry!!" Xander retorts. "Well, sorry, but, nope, I don't see them," Julia replies. Then, the Rovers get a message from the Master. 'Rovers," the Master calls. Hunter then looks at his video-watch, where the Master's face is showing. "Hey Master," Hunter replies, "Got any updates on where Spirit, Buddy, Shag, and Exile are?" "No," the Master replies, "Instead, I have a mission for you all." "And what's that?" Julia asks. "This was the scene near Wrigley Field minutes ago..." he says, and then we see a video screen of bears terrorizing fans who came to see a Cubs game, and chasing after Cub and Giant players. "If you ask me Master, those are no Chicago Cubs. They're Chicago Bears!!!" "Good one Hunter," Julia replies. The Master then continues, "And minutes later, at Niketown, the bears destroyed thousands of brand new Nike shoes, and nearly destroyed the store. They are now on pace to hit Soldier Field next, the home of the Chicago Bears!" "And aren't the Bears playing today?" Xander asks. "Yes, they have a game with the Packers in progress right now." "What's the score?" Hunter asks. Julia then gently hits him in the back of his head. "C'mon Hunter, we have a mission to solve!" she replies. "Anyway, it's Packers 24, Bears 14," the Master replies, "Third quarter." "Yeah, go pack go!!" Hunter says. Julia then pulls the two into the elevator, and seconds later they are seen in one of the Jeep Rover. "Now we can listen to the game and see what's going on with these bears, or, both bears," Xander replies, turning on the radio, while Hunter drives and Julia rides in the back with Muzzle. They then turn on the game, and the announcer says, "Kramer back to pass. Looks...fires, and it's caught!!! Conway makes the catch, dives over Butler, AND HE'S IN!!!!!!!!!! Touchdown Chicago Bears!!" "Yeah!!" Xander says, "I always cheer for the under-DOG." "If you ask me, these jokes are getting old," Julia replies. "Hey, just let us have some fun!!!!" Hunter replies. The Rovers then appear at the stadium due to little traffic, since there are 2 games going on, and many people are spending their Sundays with their families. Just as they exit the Jeep Rover, they hear people screaming, not in joy, but in panic and fear. "Looks like they beat us!!" Julia says. "Safe bet," Hunter replies, "Yet another unexpected twist! Bummer." The Rovers then try to run into the stadium, but get stopped by the ticket taker. "Tickets, you can't get in without your tickets!" the man says, in an Italian voice. "Look, it's Oprah!!" Hunter says to the guard, pointing. ""Where?" he says, looking all around. Xander, Julia, and Hunter then sneak into the stadium, and see the five bears down on the field, growling at everyone, and chasing after some of the players. They then see one opf the bears grab Brett Farve and throw him down. The crowd cheers, but other than that one moment, they are terrified. "Well, what should we do Hunter?" Julia asks. "Run down there I guess," Hunter replies. "No need," Xander replies. He then pulls out his gun, "The Plungerer!" He then shoots a plunger at a press box, grabs a rope, and ties it to the plunger. He then swings down just above the crowd, causing them to duck and goes down onto the field. He hits one of the bears in the head, and knocks it down, but he can't stop on the field, and is headed right to the other endzone, right towards the scoreboard. Hunter, Julia, and the crowd then say, "Watch out for that..." followed by a crash by Xander into the scoreboard. "Ooooooowwww!" they say, feeling the pain of the collision. Then, up on the scoreboard, Xander is in a dazed mood. "No mommy, don't make me go see the Chris Doggy Show with Star!" He then slides off the scoreboard, right into the hands of a bear. But then, Hunter appears on the field, fresh with a new gun, the sleep-o-matic! He then puts a fish into it, and shoots it at the bear that has control over Xander. It grabs the fish, but then falls asleep. Xander then lands softly on the ground. "Where am I?" Xander asks, still perplexed. "Chicago," Julia replies. "Who took me here, I'm supposed to be in Orlando," Xander replies. Julia then grabs a Coke away from a fan, and throws it at Xander. This wakes him up. Julia then sneers at him, as he sits there staring at his feet, ignoring her. Then, another bear comes up, and stands-up behind Xander. "Um...Xander!!" Julia says. "What, going to tease me some more?" Xander asks. Julia then points above Xander's head, and he looks up and sees the wide jaw of a bear coming towards his head. He then dives out of the way, the jaw barely miising him. Julia then fires her hair-o-matic gun at the bear, right at it's face. It can't see anything then, so it falls down. While Julia and Xander are occupied with the third bear, Hunter sneaks up to the fallen bear to see if he is wearing any identification. Sure enough, he is wearing abig collar that reads "Gen par Co." on it. "Parvo!!" Hunter says, "Yet another unexpected twist, bummer." He then removes the collar, and all of a sudden the bear starts yelping, like a dog. Hunter, perplexed, begins to catch some phrases. Amazingly, it is Shag talking. "Shag?" Hunter asks. The bear then nods his head and hides from his body by closing his eyes. "Tell me what happened, buddy," Hunter asks. Shag then begins explaining. Meanwhile, Xander and Julia are taking care of business with the other bears. We see Xander fire a plunger at one of the bear's noses, causing him to fall down, and we see Julia trip the other one, who falls on top of the other bear, both winded and defeated. "Look like we took care of those two!!" Julia says. The crowd then cheers for their savers. Hunter then comes up to the two with the bear that sounds like Shag. "Hey Hunter," Xander greets, "What's with the bear?" "Somehow this is Shag," Hunter says, pointing to the bear. "You can't be serious!" Julia replies, "A dog, a bear?" "And a human, a bear too," the bear that fell asleep says in human, coming up. "But...how?" Julia asks. "General Parvo, the Groomer, and this dog named lenn put us in this machine that turned us all into bears," the human bear explains.
