The show begins in Parvo's secret headquarters, currently inside a helicopter. Inside, Parvo is working on a computer. There still are brusies visible from Muzzle's attack in A Day in the Life. On the computer, Parvo's reviewing what he attempted to do in the last year. "We came close to supreme power many times," he tells the Groomer, "but we just didn't seem to have enough. Those pesky Road Rovers always stopped us." "So what are we going to do, General?" the Groomer asks. "Steal a Road Rover," Parvo replies. "How?" the Groomer asks. "This is how," he replies, "I've heard that the Sony Technological company has enough technological power to transport people, or dogs, wherever you want them to go. All you need is the creature's blood sample." "So, who are we going to transport?" the Groomer asks. "The Rover who fears pain more than anything, the Rover who is so sure of himself that it's unbelievable!!" Parvo replies. "Blitz?" the Groomer guesses. "Exactly," Parvo replies.
--------First Commercial Break----------
The show returns with Hunter rolling in the grass outside of the White House. At this time, the Master's light shines on him, and the Master says, "Hunter, it's time." Hunter then runs to his entrance to the RRHQ and hops on the car that takes him there. As he arrives, he's transdogmafied. Then he says, "So, what's up?" The Master then tells the Road Rovers (already transdogmafied), "In Tokyo last night, the Sony electronic company was held hostage by two cano-mutants, a pooodle and a German sheperd. The two, plus their leaders, Parvo and the Groomer, are trying to accomplish an activity, that could change us, the Road Rovers, forever. That's all I know." "Changve vus forever?" Blitz asks, "Vwhat does vthat vmean?" "I don't know," the Master replies, "But you dogs must save the people of Sony and the technological industries around the world." "He's right," Hunter replied, "Let's hit the road, Rovers!!!" This followed by an "Aaaarrrrooo!!" by the Rovers as they ran off to the Turbo Jet Rover, board it, and head for Tokyo. Meanwhile, in Tokyo, General Parvo is working hard on getting the teletransportation devise to work. "Almost done?" the Groomer asks. "Almost, but I still need a blood sample of Blitz," Parvo replies. "The only way to accomplish that is through a shot." "Well, here is what we can do," the Grooomer replies. "We can alert the Tokyo War Memorial Hospital that there is an unvaccinated German dog entering the country. I've heard that there has been a bad outbreak of German diseases over the past few months in Japan." "That's a great idea!!" Parvo says, "Let's go for it!!" Currently, the Rovers are on the Turbo Jet Rover on course when they recieve a video clip from the hospital. "Hello Rovers!" the person says. "We need you to come to the Tokyo War Memorial Hospital, because one of you is from a country that has been spreading some harmful diseases throughout Tokyo. Hope you don't mind, Dr. Hagaguchi." "So, I guess we have to go there first," Hunter says. "I guess," Colleen replies.
---------------Second Commercial Break--------------
The show returns with the Turbo Jet Rover arriving at the hospital. They then exit the jet and head for to the hospital. At the front desk, Hunter asks for Dr. Hagaguchi. The receptionist then points to a room down the left hall. There, Dr. Hagaguchi says, "Hi Rovers!!" "Hello," Colleen replied. Dr. Hagaguchi then points to Blitz and says, "You are the one that needs a shot." "Me?" Blitz asks. "Yes, you," Dr. Hagaguchi replies, "There has been a large outbreak of German diseases in Japan lately, so we need you to be vaccinated." Blitz then heads into the room, while the Rovers wait in the lobby. While waiting, Hunter is reading a tennis magazine, Colleen and Shag reading a magazine called Chocolate Heaven, and Exile reading SuperDog. "Totally neato!!" Exile says when picking up the magazine. "Nummy!" Colleen says when looking at a triple-layer chocolate cake, followed by an "Ahhhhh!!" from Shag at a Brownie Sundae. Meanwhile, Muzzle is eatinga magazine called CatFancy. When he finishes eating, he burps. Then, the silence is suddenly broken by Blitz's screaming. "Owwwwwwwww!!!!!" he screams. Exile replies to this by saying, "He's being a weird boy!!" Blitz then exits the room with a band-aid over the place where he got the shot. Blitz is still whining. During this, Shag laughs at Blitz and says, "You have now resistance to pain, Mr. Fluffypants!!!" "Hey, quit making fun of me!!" Blitz replies. "C'mon guys, we have to run," Hunter says, "Let's Hit The Road Rovers!!' Followed by a loud "Aarrroo!" from the Rovers. As the Rovers are taking off, General Parvo and the Groomer sneak into the Tokyo War Memorial Hospital, where they spot Dr. Hagaguchi. "Dr. Hagagguchi!" Parvo says, "A pleasure to meet you." "You too," Dr. Hagaguchi replies. During this, the Groomer sneaks up behind Dr. Hagaguchi. With one blow, she knocks him unconsious. "Hurry, let's get the blood sample before he wakes up!" Parvo shouts. The Groomer then runs into the room where Blitz got shot and pulled out the blood sample. "Here it is!" she says, "Our ticket to world dominance!!"
-----------Third Commercial Break-----------
When the show returns, the Rovers are still in the Turbo Jet Rover, nearing the Sony HQ. Meanwhile, the Groomer and Parvo have moved into their headquarters to complete the teletransportation. As the Rovers are desending to the Sony HQ, the blood is placed in the teletransportation device. When mixed with the technological devises, it shows that Blitz is the creature to be teletransported. "In 5 seconds, he'll be ours," Parvo announces. "4, 3, 2, 1,..." The Rovers, meanwhile, are one block away from the Sony HQ, when Blitz starts to blink on and off, literally, until he disappears. The Rovers do not realize this until they land. When they land, Exile says, "Blitz is missing!" Colleen replies with, "Oooh Exile, keep saying that and I'll go out with you." "Really?" Exile replies. "Hey, keep your paws off my girl!!" Hunter replies. The Master then calls the Rovers, and says, "Rovers, this is a red alert. Please report back to the RRHQ immediatley!!" The Rovers then head back for the RR HQ. When they arrive, the Master says, "I have some bad news. Blitz is no longer a Road Rover." "How is he not?" Hunter asks. "General Parvo used a teletransportation devise to transport Blitz to his headquarters," the Master says, "The shot that Blitz took was used by Parvo, once he stole it, to transport Blitz. When faced with the technologies of the headquarters, Blitz had no defense, and was reconditioned. He is now a cano-mutant." "You mean that instead of fighting with Blitz against evil, we'll be fighting with Blitz?" Exile asks. "Don't we already fight with Blitz?" Colleen asks. "Yes," Hunter replies, "But it's verbal, not physical. Go on Master." "Yes, you will," the Master repiles. "However, I realize that four Road Rovers may not be enough to solve the missions your asked to solve. So, I've hired a new Road Rover, by the name of..."
