The show begins with the Rovers (already transdogmafied) inside of the RRHQ. There, the Master is addressing them. "Rovers, I thought you need a break from this summer vacation," he says, "So, you get three days off to just relax and have fun before your back on the road." "Thanks Master," Colleen replies, "We sure do need a break." "Also," the Master continues, "The Jr. Rovers are back from their sickness, and are ready to go!" "Good thing!" Jeff says. "Not just ready to go," Cody corrects, "Ready to rock!!" All the Rovers then chuckle. "And, one more item of business," the Master continues, "It seems that there was an error on Muzzle's trek back home." "What might that be?" Star asks. "When he was taken back," the Master explains, "He couldn't enter heaven, since he hadn't died. And, also it seems that his soul cannot re-enter heaven, so when he dies, he will partailly posses one of you." "One of us?" Hunter asks. "Which one?" Exile asks. "That I am not sure of," the Master replies, "But, he's back!!" Muzzle then hops out from behind the room, and he is met with lots of happiness. "Good to have you back again, comerade Muzzle!" Exile greets. "Sure is good to see you again!" Max says. "Welcome back, Muzzle!" Hunter says. The Master then says, "We are now back to 15 Rovers now, and it is sure glad to see Muzzle back." Muzzle then smiles. The show then heads to the famous Sunnyville Sanitarium (Take Me To Your Leader, Return Of The Storm), where Parvo and the Groomer have been locked up. Inside a cell, Parvo and the Groomer are talking. "You know I began life as a cat, don't you?" Parvo asks the Groomer. "Yes, gen'ral," the Groomer replies. "Well," Parvo says, "I still have a formula that can change me back into a cat." "You doo?" the Groomer asks. "Yes," Parvo says. He then coughs, and yells, "Lozenge!!" "Yes, sir," the Groomer replies as she gives him one. "Once I drink the formula," Parvo explains, "I will re-enter my cat form. Of course, the people here will be surprised when they find out that a cat is here, and will throw me out. Once I am out, I will head to my former master, William Sheperd's headquarters, and I will present myself to the greyhound Rover. I have heard that greyhounds are friendly to cats, so once I draw his attention, he'll take me inside. Inside, I will use the Master's supercomputer to bring down the system. By then it'll probally be 2 AM, and at that time, alert all of my workers to enter the building, and capture the Rovers with the system we built similar to the teletransportation devise. Once this is accomplished, we wll have the Rovers as our own, and our quest for world domination will be fufilled." "A beautiful plan," the Groomer replies. "Thank you," Parvo replies. He then drinks the formula, and five seconds later, he is in his Boots form. As he transforms, a guard walks by. "What is this cat doing in here?" he asks. "Don't know," the Groomer replies, "Must have snuck in." "We'll take him out," the guard replies as he picks up Parvo in his Boots form. Parvo/Boots is then thrown out, and when he is, he smiles, and heads to the RRHQ. Inside the RRHQ, Colleen is talking with Lucy in her room. "I've lied myself into a huge hole," Colleen says. "How?" Lucy asks. "Should I tell you?" Colleen asks. "If you're obliged," Lucy replies. "Ok," Colleen says, "You know how I've admited to Hunter and Jeff that I like them, right?" "Yes," Lucy replies, "And Jeff's your latest. Why?" "I've lied to them, and to all of you," Colleen admits. "How?" Lucy asks. "Sure, Jeff is nice, and so is Hunter, but my true love, they aren't. It's Blitz!!" The show then moves to the right, where Star is shown. "Me too," Star says. "I've told Blitz that I like him, but he's not the real one that I have a crush on. It's Jeff." "This is very ironic!!" Lucy says, "Colleen, you said that you liked Jeff, but you like Blitz, and Star, you said that you liked Blitz, but you like Jeff!!" "Hey," Star replies, "It was a good plan, wasn't it?" "Sure was," Lucy replies, "You had me shocked!! So, do you want them to find out?" "No," Colleen replies, "I like it being a secret." "But, should we?" Star asks. "Now Jeff thinks you like him, and Blitz thinks I like him, but it's vice versa." "No, we'll tell them later," Colleen says, "The only way my crush would change back, is if Jeff comes through in a dramatic way, and saves my life, proving his love for me." "Same with me," Star replies. The show then jumps to a part of the RRHQ never seen before, the amusement park called RoverLand!! Currently, Jeff, Rango, Exile, and Max are riding together on the log flume ride called RoverFlume. Rango, meanwhile, hears this talk between Star, Colleen, and Lucy. Then, he thinks to himself, "Should I tell Jeff? But then his heart would be broken! I think I better not, and he can come through for Colleen like that, and probally will!" The log then falls down the big hill, and Rango screams loudly, not realizing this. "Geez bud," Jeff says, "Are you that afraid of hights?" "I didn't realize that a hill was coming up," Rango replies. "But aren't you super alert?" Max asks. "Yes, mate," Rango replies, "I was just thinking." "Oh, I see," Max replies. The show then heads to Jeff and Rango's room, where the alarm clock is showing 12:50 AM. "10 minutes til lights out, mate," Rango says. "Cool," Jeff replies. Jeff then realizes that he forgot his Chicago Cubs cap at the park. "I forgot my Cubs cap!!" Jeff yells. "You better go get it quick," Rango replies. "Guess so," Jeff says. Jeff then runs off to RoverLand. When he is almost there, he sees a cat. "Hi kitty!" he says, since greyhounds actually are nice to cats. The cat replies with a simple "Meow!" "I think I'll take you inside," Jeff says, "Hope the Master won't mind." The cat then gives a sly smile, as Jeff picks up his hat. The show then shows Jeff and Rango's clock at 1:45 AM. The two are both asleep. Meanwhile, Parvo in his Boots form, is on Jeff's computer. He is currently trying to link to the Master's supercomputer. All of a sudden, the computer asks for the password. From his years, with Sheperd at the headquarters and his lab, he knows the password, 0wqarst. When he enters this, it takes him to the Master's supercomputer. There, he begins his plan. First, he unlocks all of the doors to the Rovers rooms. Then he unlocks the front door to the RRHQ, enabling them to enter. Finally, he sends out a signal to his allies to enter the headquarters. As he does this, he pulls out another potion from his fur. When he drinks this, he turns back into his human form, and runs out of Jeff and Rango's room. When he shuts the door behind him, it wakes Jeff up. "What was that?" Jeff asks. Rango, who woke up when he heard Jeff ask, replies by saying, "Probally just the wind." "I don't get it," Jeff says, "How come you didn't hear that, and how come you sleep so well?" "I tune things out," Rango replies, "But, this hearing thing isn't all it's cut out to be. Sometimes I hear things that I don't want to hear." "Yea, I guess that's true," Jeff says as he goes back to sleep. A few seconds later, Parvo is meeting with his army, including the Groomer. "Is that teletransporter version ready?" he asks. "Ready and working!" the Groomer replies. "Goody," Parvo says, "You start at the back, and get as many as you can, and I'll start in the front. If Sheperd awakes before we can get them all, I have a bomb to plant, that'll destroy him and any other Rovers." "Brilliant plan, gen'ral," the Groomer says as she and the cano-mutants enter the RRHQ. Parvo and his army first enter Cody and Hunter's room. When they go in there, Hunter thinks it's Blitz, and says, "Blitz, go away! We're trying to get some sleep!!' As he says this, Parvo releases a ray at Hunter and Cody, and they are taken out of the room. In the back, the Groomer and her army go in to Waboo and Lizzie's room first. When they enter, Lizzie wakes up and screams. "Guys, they're in my room!!" she screams. Then, the Groomer releases another ray, and Lizzie and Waboo disappear. In the next few minutes, Parvo takes care of Colleen, Lucy, Exile, and Max, and the Groomer takes care of Maxine and Star, leaving just Rango, Jeff, Blitz, Shag, and Muzzle. As Parvo and his army head for Rango and Jeff's room, Rangop wakes up. "I just heard something!!" Rango shouts. "No, really?" Jeff asks sarcastically. "It wasn't just anything," Rango replies, "It sounded like Parvo, real close." Jeff then opens the door, and spots Parvo. "Oh, my god!" Jeff shouts, "He's coming right for us!! I'll go alert the Master!!" "Be careful," Rango says. "I will," Jeff replies. Jeff then hops out in the hall, where Parvo spots him. "Where do you think you're going, Jeff?" Parvo asks. "First off, how'd you know my name, and Second off, how did you get in here?" Jeff asks. "One reason," Parvo replies, "You brought me here." "No, I didn't!" Jeff shouts. "Yes you did, in two ways," Parvo says, "The first is a secret, a secret of your past, that you will not remember. The other, I was the cat that you brought in. I am part-cat." "So, you took advantage of my greyhound hood to sneak in here," Jeff says. "Yes," Parvo replies, "And now it is time for you to rejoin your former master." "What?!" Jeff screams. "You were my dog once I turned human, ," Parvo says. "You served me well, winning races for me, and earning money for items that I've used against you and your Rover friends. One day, you were stolen from me, by a pack of greyhounds. They raised you as their own, and made you forget about your past, and you then became a Road Rover. You served me well, and I'd be very happy, if you'd rejoin me!" "Never!!" Jeff shouts. "Then you'll die!" Parvo says, as he pulls out a gun. As he does, Jeff runs up, and karate kicks the gun, breaking it. He then runs off to the Master's room. "Let's get out of here!!" Parvo shouts, "Sheperd is waking!" Parvo and the Groomer, and their army, then run out of the building. In the chaos, Parvo forgets to plant the bomb. When Parvo, the Groomer, and their army arive back at their plane, they see what they hoped to see. They saw Colleen, Hunter, Exile, Star, Maxine, Cody, Lucy, Max, Waboo, and Lizzie all imprisoned, in steel bars.
---------First Commercial Break------------
The show returns with Jeff, Rango, Shag, Blitz, and Muzzle in the Road Rover breifing room. There, the Master is telling them the details of the kidnapping. "Rovers, I have some bad news, " the Master says, "The other 10 of you have been captured by Parvo. Last night, he managed to sneak into our headquarters and using the teletransportation system he used to kidnap Blitz, he kidnapped Hunter, Colleen, Exile, Star, Cody, Lucy, Maxine, Max, Lizzie, and Waboo. I don't know where Parvo might be headed, but I guess that's up to you to solve." "Sure is," Rango says, "So, who's going to lead?" "You are," the Master says, "I feel safe knowing that you will lead the troops, Rango." "Thanks, mate!" Rango replies. "Hold on!" Blitz interrupts, "Why can't I lead?" "Well," Jeff replies, "If we want the Master to feel safe, you should definetly not be the leader!" "WHy do you always make fun of me?" Blitz asks, "And what are your super powers anyway?" "First off," Jeff says, "I'm super argumenntative, and good at it too! Also, I'm super loyal, super brave, and super friendly! But, only to the ones I want to be friendly too!" "Oh," Blitz replies. "And, what are your super powers, mister?" Jeff asks Blitz. "I'm super at tusshie biting, I'm super loyal, and I'm super pretty!" Blitz replies. "I agree with one of those," Jeff says. "Which one?" Blitz asks. "Definetly the tusshie biting!" Jeff replies. "Ok, guys, that's enough! Let's hit the road, mates!!" Rango says. "You mean, Let's hit the road, Rovers, right?" Blitz asks. "Oh yeah, I forgot," Rango says, "Let's hit the road, Rovers!" This is followed by an "Aarroo!" from the other remaining Rovers as they board the Cloud Rover and take off. When they are in the air, Shag asks, "Rrango, rhere ris Rarvo rand rhe rother Rrovers?" "What'd he say, Jeff?" Rango asks. "He asked, Where is Parvo and the other Rovers," Jeff explains. "Oh," Rango says, "Right now, they're flying over New Mexico." "Where are we?" Blitz asks. "Texas," Rango replies, "And we're catching up!" The show then heads onboard Parvo's ship, where Parvo is talking to the Rovers. "So, you thought I was locked up in jail for good, and you didn't have to see me again, didn't you?" Parvo asks. "Yea, I guess you could put it that way," Star says. "Well, you were wrong," Parvo replies, "And I'd be glad to have you as part of our army." "Never, Parvo!" Waboo says. "Well Waboo, you can't stop me with your brute strength this time," Parvo says, "So I suggest you surrender!" "We will not surrender!" Hunter and Cody say confidently. "Then you'll be destroyed!!" Parvo says. "Well Parvo," Maxine says, "I bet that you didn't know that there are five other Rovers, who survived!!" "Yes I do," Parvo replies, "And I have a plan for them." Parvo then points to Colleen and says, "You come with me!!" As Colleen exits the cell, Parvo takes her into a room to the right of the control center. "Did you know that Jeff was once my dog?" Parvo asks. "No, I didn't," Colleen replies. "Well, he was," Parvo says, "And I want him back. So, you'll be used as bait for him, and if you don't cooperate with me, you'll be killed." "I'll cooperate," Colleen says. "Good!" Parvo says as he places Colleen in another cell. The show then heads to the Cloud Rover, where Rango hears this. "Jeff, there's something I should tell you," Rango says. "What pal?" Jeff asks. "Parvo is going to use Colleen as bait to get you to return to him." "I'll do anything to save Colleen," Jeff says, "Even if I have to surrender myself to Parvo. She's worth it!!" "You really like her, huh?" Blitz asks. "Yes," Jeff replies. "Well," Blitz replies, "I'm over her now, now that I have Star." "Good," Jeff replies. A few seconds later, the Cloud Rover is right near Parvo's ship. "We're here!" Rango proclaims. "Well, are we just going to walk in there, and do whatever?" Jeff asks. "No, I have a plan," Rango says, "I'll keep the guards busy, while Shag, Muzzle, and Blitz sneak around and free the Rovers. And Jeff, you know what to do." "Of course," Jeff says, "I must face Parvo and free Colleen." The Cloud Rover then lands on top of Parvo's plane, as we go to commercial break.
----------Second Commercial Break--------------
As the Rovers enter Parvo's plane, Rango spots three guards. "I'll take care of them," Rango says. Rango then runs at the three guards and says, "G'day mates!" he greets, "Go ahead and take your best shot." The guards then shoot at Rango, but his super alertness allows him to avoid all of the bullets. Meanwhile, Muzzle, Blitz, and Shag sneak around back. "How are we supposed to free them?" Blitz asks. Shag then points to the control center, where there is a button to open their cell. "Oh, I see!" Blitz replies. As the three run for the control center, the Groomer leaps out at them. "Stop right there!" she yells. As she says this, at least 20 cano-mutants surround the three with their weapons. "Ok, we surrender!! We surrender!!" Blitz shouts. "Good decision," the Groomer says, as she and her army lock the three up in the cell. Maxine then says, "Great, now even more of us are here!" Then Hunter says, "Well, at least the Road Rovers are back together again!" "Not completely," Exile replies, "Jeff and Colleen aren't here." "Oh, yeah, I forgot about them," Hunter says, "Well, I know Colleen's location, where's Jeff?" "Trying to free her," Rango replies. "Sure hope it works!" Hunter says. "Me too," Star says. The show then jumps to the room with Colleen, where Jeff has just entered. As he enters, a light flashes on. "Hello there, my former dog Jeff. I think I have a little something for you," Parvo says. As he does, a light flashes over Colleen, imprisoned in another cell. "Colleen!!" Jeff shouts. Colleen then tries to say "Jeffy!!" but has a cloth over her mouth, so the words come out a mumble jumble. "I'm a dealing person," Parvo says, "So, if you promise to surrender to me, I'll let your friend here and all of the Rovers go free." Colleen, knowing Parvo's evil plan, tries to shout, "No, don't do it!!!" to Jef, but the cloth prevents her. "Deal," Jeff says. Colleen then slumps her head in a defeated sense. "Now," Parvo says, "As I free the other Rovers, you will remain in this cage." "Ok," Jeff says as he enters the cage. As the door slams shut, Parvo says, "You definetly have the brain of the dog. I'll now destroy Colleen and all of the other Rovers, leaving you and me to conquer the world." "You'll never!!!" Jeff shouts as he begins to pull on the bars, trying to knock them loose from the cell. Meanwhile, gallons of water is starting to pour into Colleen's cell, which is covered by a tight piece of glass, so that the water cannot pour out. As Parvo sees Jeff struggling with the bars, he says, "You'll never pull those out, Jeff. You'll only kill yourself trying. No one, not even the mightiest person on this Earth, can release those bars." Jeff, sensing a great feeling of sadness and regret, then goes through a series of flashbacks. The first one is from Rovers SV.

"It just isn't fair," Jeff said, "Hunter gets to be the leader, gets to be on all the shows, and gets Colleen, too." "What, you like her?" Rango asked. "Uhhhhh," Jeff replied. "It's okay, I won't rag you about it, mate," Rango said. "Cool," Jeff replied.

"I'm sure he's near," Rango said, "And I bet he's fighting for us." Colleen then asked, "Are you sure?" "Yes," Rango replied. Then, Rango whispered, "He likes you." "He does?" Colleen whispered back. "Yes," Rango replied, "He likes you a lot." Colleen then replied by saying, "Tell him I do too."
-------FLASHBACK 3-----------(From Jeff & The Jefferson)
Then, Colleen and Jeff begin laughing hilariously. When they stop, Colleen licks Jeff and says, "Just had to see what that was like." As Colleen walks away, Jeff replies with a smile.
As Jeff's flashback sequence ends, he seems to have changed. No longer is he his nice, patient, happy (sort of) self. Instead, his eyes are bulging red, and he is looking very mad. Then, he once again tugs on the bars. "Your tries are useless," Parvo says, "Face it, you're my dog now." Then, with superhuman, and almsot godlike strength, Jeff gives the bars a final tug, using strength he never knew that he had. Seconds later, the bars came loose, and came crushing down to the floor. "What!?" Parvo screamed in fear as Jeff hopped out of the cell. "Not even prison bars can stop my love," Jeff says. He then picks up the bars and throws them at Parvo. Parvo tries to escape its path, but they hit him hard and make him unconscious. Jeff then looks over to Colleen. She is at the very top of the water-logged cell, that is inches from being filled, getting her last breaths in. As Jeff sees this, he runs to Colleen. When he reaches the cell, he uses the karate powers he learned from Colleen to deliver a karate kick. This kick breaks the glass, releasing the water. Jeff then runs to Colleen, who has fainted. "Colleen, say something!" Jeff says desperatley. Colleen still does not move. "I must get her to safety!" Jeff thinks as he picks up Colleen and carriers her out of the room. Right as they exit the room, Parvo regains consciousness. "I must destroy the Rovers, especially Jeff," Parvo thinks to himself. He the hits a button, and a voice says, "30 seconds until the ship self-destructs." Jeff hears this, and knows he has to hurry, not only to get Colleen to safety, but all of his Rover friends too. On his way back to the Cloud Rover, Jeff is surprised to notice that there are no guards blocking their exit. This is because the guards are trying to get out of the plane, and there are some ships in the room with Parvo, that would take them away from the explosion. Seconds later, Jeff arrives at the Cloud Rover, and gently lays Colleen in the back. As he does, the same voice says, "20 seconds." Jeff then runs back inside, to the place where the other Rovers are caged. There, the Rovers are talking. "I don't know if we'll ever get out of this!" Max shouts. "If we don't," Exile says, "At least Jeff and Colleen will live on." "How do you know that?" Maxine asks. "Rango said they are both o.k, and not caged," Exile replies. "I still don't wannna die!" Blitz shouts. "We don't either Blitz," Cody says, "But at least were calm about it." Just then, Jeff runs right by the cage. "Jeff!" 12 of them shout, and "Jeffy!" Star shouts. The contol center has also been abandoned by the Groomer and her cano-mutants, in an attempt to reach safety. So, Jeff pushes a button, and the cage opens. "We're free!" Max says. "Everybody out," Jeff directs, "And we can't fit all of us in the plane, so the others will just have to jump. Hurry, we've only got 6 seconds!" Hunter and Jeff then run to the Cloud Rover, while the others dive out of the plane. Jeff then pulls the plane to safety just as the plane explodes. "Now that was a close call!" Hunter says, relieved that he survived. "Sure was!!" Jeff says. Jeff then picks up the mike and says, "Rover safety check, when I say your name, respond. Hunter?" "Here," Hunter replies. "Colleen's here, Rango?" Jeff asks. "Loud and clear, mate," Rango says. "Exile?" Jeff asks. "I read you, comerade Jeff," Exile says. "I'm here, Star?" Jeff asks. "The annoying one has recieved your message, Jeffy," Star says. "Ugggghhh!!" Jeff replies, "Blitz?" "Here, upset that I didn't get to bite tusshies though," Blitz replies. "Sorry Blitz," Jeff says, "Maybe next time. Shag?" "Read ryou roud rand rear," Shag says. "Jr. Rovers?" Jeff asks. "Here," Cody says. "Here as well," Lucy says. "In da house!" Maxine says. "I'm here," Max says. "Hungry, but here," Lizzie says. "The awesome brute Waboo is here," Waboo says. "So, that's everyone, right?" Jeff asks. "You forgot Muzzle," Hunter replies. "Muzzle?" Jeff asks. This is followed by 5 seconds of silence. "Muzzle?" Jeff asks again. Once again, this is followed by 5 seconds of silence. "Does anyone have sight of Muzzle?" Jeff asks. All at once, they all say, "No." Then, a light shines over Jeff, and a voice begins to talk to him. "Jeff, you've done a great deed today. You fought off your former Master for your Rover friends, and let nothing, not even steel bars stop you. So, I believe that it is best for Muzzle to partially posses your soul. There's no need to panic, you'll still have your normal life, but at various times, you'll be rewarded with the help of Muzzle. We hope that you'll do well with this unique thing, and ood luck to you in future battles." As this concludes, Jeff says, "Muzzle's here." "He is?" Exile asks. "I don't see him," Hunter says. "Remember when the Master said his soul couldn't reenter heaven?" Jeff asks. "Yes," all of the Rovers (except Colleen reply). "Well, his soul has partially possessed me," Jeff says. "It has?" Cody asks. "Yes, it has," Jeff says as we go to commercial break.
--------Third Commercial Break---------
The show returns with Colleen still lying down still, except now she is on a bed in the RRHQ, in Professor Hubert's laboratory. "This should wake her up," Hubert says as he pulls out some strong smelling salts. As he places them over Colleen's nose, she wakes up. "Where am I?" she asks. "Back home," Jeff replies. "Good," Colleen says, "But where are the other Rovers?" "Hunter went to pick them up," Jeff says, "We got all scattered once Parvo's HQ exploded." "Jeff, there's something I should tell you," Colleen says. "What?" Jeff asks. "I never really had a crush on you, in fact, it was really Blitz I had a crush on. But, when you did all of these things for me, my crush quickly changed. Now, I just wanted to say that I truly do love you." Colleen then gives Jeff a lick on the cheek. "And I also wanted to say, that I love you," Jeff says. He then licks Colleen on the cheek. "Go ahead, get some rest, you need it," Jeff says. "I will," Colleen replies, "And thanks for everything!" Whatever it takes," Jeff says, as he walks away, ending the show.
