*SONG PLUS MY VERSES*
-------FIVE YEARS EARLIER---------
The show begins in the Michigan govenor's office. Then, all of a sudden, he gets a call from his receptionist. "What now?" he asks. "Genetist Fred Parvo is here to see you," the receptionist says. "Ok, bring him in," the govenor replies. Parvo then walks in and says, "Hello, sir. My name is Fred Parvo, and I think that I have some expierements that could change the world. If you give me approval I'll have the five I need, and I'll be able to begin my expierements." On a sheet that Parvo holds up, it reads Illinois, Wisconsin, Indiana, and Ohio, all with check marks , abviously meaning that he had approval from the govenors of those states. "Expirements on what?" the govenor asks. "Dogs," Parvo replies. "No, I don't think I will approve," the govenor replies, "If it were something more important than dogs, I might give you funding, but I think the state of Michigan would just be wasting money here. And I happen to like dogs!!" "But, you're my last hope," Parvo replies, "If you don't approve of my expierements, I won't be able to expierement!" "Too bad," the govenor says, "Now, please leave me alone!!!" "You'll pay for this," Parvo replies. "Yea right!" the govenor says as Parvo leaves.
--------CURRENT DAY----------
"What?!" Jeff yells as we return to the present, inside of the RRHQ, "How can you all be sick?" "We just are," Lucy replies, "Waboo came down with the flu three days ago, and now Cody, Me, Max, Lizzie, Maxine, and Waboo all have it." "That is a very fast moving virus," Exile replies. "Sure is!" Star replies. "So you can't come on the mission?" Hunter asks. "Well, we could," Cody replies, "But I'm not up to it." "Me neither," Lucy says. "Well, you Jr. Rovers obviously need a break," the Master replies, "So you can take a mission off, since you aren't feeling well." "Thanks Master," Maxine says. "Yea, thanks!" Max says. "Well, looks like it's back to old times!" Colleen says. "Sorta," Rango says, "But we've got me, Jeff, and Star now, and of course, we don't have Muzzle." "Rango is right," Exile replies, "But now we are back to just being Road Rovers, for the mission." "By the way," Blitz says, "What is our mission?" "You don't have one yet," the Master replies, "But the next stop on your summer vacation is the city of St. Louis. Have fun!!" "Cool," Hunter replies, "Let's hit the road, Rovers!!" This is followed by an "Aaaarroo!!" from all of the Rovers as they board the Turbo Jet Rover and head for St. Louis. As they take off, Jeff asks, "So, Hunter, what soft drinks did we bring this time?" "We brought Coke, Pepsi, and Barq's!" Hunter replies. "Cool," Jeff replies as he runs for the refrigerator. When he opens it, he sees three shelves, one with Coke, one with Pepsi, and one with Barq's. But, when he looks closer, he sees small signs in front of the shelves. The Coke shelf says, "Reserved for Shag," the Pepsi shelf says, "Reserved for Star," and the Barq's shelf says, "Reserved for Hunter." "Dang," Jeff replies, "You guys beat me to it!" "Rou rotta re rquicker rext rime," Shag says. "What did he say?" Jeff asks. "He said," Hunter replies, "That you have to be quicker next time." "Guess so," Jeff says, "But why can't you guys ever agree? It's like back at my home. Sister Jenn always wants Kibbles and Bits, Sister Jess always wants Pedigree, and I always want Iams." "Iam who?" Blitz asks. "You are weird boy!!" Exile replies. "Not this again!" Hunter shouts, "It's Blitz's bad understanding of brand names!" "And lemme guess," Star says, "Jenn hates being called Jenny and Jess hates being called Jessy!" "Yea!" Jeff replies, "How'd ya know?" "Just a lucky guess," Star replies jokingly, "Jeffy." "Oh, I see," Jeff says, "Hey!!!" The show then jumps to a view ahead of the plane, where a large thunderstorm is reaking havoc over the valley. Seeing this, Hunter says, "Doesn't look so good crew! Seems were coming up on a thunderstorm." "I hate thunderstorms!" Blitz says, very scared. "Don't worry, mate, we'll survive!" Rango says. "Maybe," Blitz replies. The show then shows the Rovers, and what they are doing. In Row 4, Shag is reading a magazine, and Star is sleeping. In Row 3, Rango and Jeff are talking. In Row 2, Colleen is also reading a magazine, and Blitz is mumbling to himself about his fear of thunder. And, finally, in Row 1, Exile and Hunter are pioliting the plane. Then all of a sudden, a lighting bolt comes across the screen. The seven who are awake then panic, and Exile shouts, "Bolshoi! Get us out of here, Hunter." "Geez!" Jeff yells, "Is that thing like 1000 feet long or something?" All this racket wakes Star up. When she awakes, she asks, "Are we being attacked?" "No," Hunter replies. "Well, that's good," Star replies, "At least it's not lightning!" "It is," Jeff replies. Then, another bolt passes by the screen, and Star shouts, "That's bigely, hugely, bigely, hugely, bigely, hugely, not good!" Then Blitz jumps up and shouts, "Where's the emergency exit?!" As Blitz stands up, the Turbo Jet Rover hits turbulence. As it does, Star flies out of her seat, over Rango, and right into Blitz's arms. Then, Colleen and Jeff fly out of their seats, and bump into each other, and Colleen lands on top of Jeff. Meanwhile, Star says, "Wow, that was fun. Totally cool! Can we do that again?" When she realizes where she is, she says, "Oh, I guess you want me to get down now, huh?" Blitz replies with a simple smile as Star gets down. Then, Colleen and Jeff begin laughing hilariously. When they stop, Colleen licks Jeff and says, "Just had to see what that was like." As Colleen walks away, Jeff replies with a smile. Hunter sees all of this, and when Colleen walks away, he says, "I'll pretend I never saw that!" "Yea right," Exile replies, "Looks like Jeff there has found his soulmate!" "You've got to be kidding!" Hunter replies. Then Colleen walks in and says, "Actually, he's not." The show then jumps to the Jefferson Memorial in St. Louis, Missouri. The Turbo Jet Rover then flies across the screen and lands right next to the memorial. "We're here!" Hunter says, "The Jefferson Memorial!! I've already scheduled a tour for us." "But what about our mission finding, mate?" Rango asks. "Geez brother, what are ya, Mission Boy or something?" Hunter asks. "I'm just saying...," Rango replies. "We'll find a mission soon enough," Star replies, "Why don't we have some fun first?" "Rah," Shag replies. "Ok, guess we can," Rango says as the Rovers exit the Turbo Jet Rover. They then enter the Jefferson Memorial and go on the tour. The screen then shows the sun turn to the moon, as day turns to night. "Well, that was a fun tour!" Exile says. "Yea, it was pretty cool," Star replies, "Except I have a ton of energy now!! What should we do?" "Run for cover?" Jeff suggests. "Ha, Ha, real funny," Star replies. The screen then jumps back inside the museum, where Blitz is admiring a picture of a dog. "That's nice," he says. The screen then jumps back outside, where the Rovers are on the Land Rover. At this time, Jeff says, "Uh guys, Blitz isn't here." "When he says this, Colleen gives him another lick. "What was that for?" Jeff asks. "It's a nice comment," Colleen replies happily. "Don't worry about him," Exile says, "He knows where we're staying, he can take a taxi." "If I were a taxi driver," Jeff replies, "I'd find it odd to give a 6 foot tall dog-man who walks, talks, and is a weird boy a ride!" "Me too!" Exile replies, "Guess he'll have to walk!" "By the way," Star says, "Where are we staying?" "We're staying at St. Louis' finest hotel," Hunter replies, "The Renaissance Hotel!" "Then we better not make it a disaster," Rango says. "Right!" Hunter replies, "Be sure not to make a mess." The Land Rover then arrives outside of the Renaissance Hotel, where they unload. "Ok, our roomates change a bit without the Jr. Rovers," Hunter says, "Star, room with Colleen, Jeff, room with Rango, Shag, room with Blitz, and I'll room with Exile. "Gotcha," Colleen replies as they head to their rooms. The show then returns to the memorial, where Blitz is still looking around. "This is neat," he says to himself, "All the pretty pictures." Then he notices that the Rovers aren't there. He then also notices that the whole building is dark, and no one is there. "Where'd everybody go?!" he screams, "Hunter? Colleen? Jeff?" Blitz then hears a noise near the front of the building. "I bet they're up there!" Blitz says happily as he heads up there. Then, he notices two familiar people yet they are two people he didn't want to see. The two people? The Groomer and Parvo!
--------First Commerical Break----------
The show returns with Parvo and the Groomer talking. "It's time that I got my revenge on that Michigan govenor. If it weren't for him, I'd haveworld domination by now." "Smart govenor," Blitz replies quietly. "What should we do, genral?" the Groomer asks. "Steal some valuable things," Parvo replies, "And then we'll send them to him, like we're just showin no hard feelings, and he'll be thrown in jail!!" "Not if I can help it!" Blitz says. "It's you again!" Parvo yells, "And this time, you won't get away!" Blitz then looks at his tusshie biting record book, and sees that he has 998 tusshies recorded. "It seems I have 2 more tusshies to go, before I get a new flea collar," Blitz says, "And there are two tusshies!!" Blitz then runs at Parvo and the Groomer. "Let's grab the pieces and run!!" Parvo shouts as he and the Grommer run from Blitz. They then run up to the most valuable piece in the memorial, break the glass, and pull it out. As Blitz runs at them, they turn around and run the other way, and get out of the building before he can bite. They then shut the door in his face, and run off with the valuable. The screen then heads back outside, where night once again changes to day. Inside the memorial, Blitz is still there, just lying down resting. Then, all of a sudden, the doors open, and the first guests come in. "6:00, I guess," Blitz says as he gets up and exits the building. He then begins to walk back to the Renaissance Hotel, where the Rovers are still sleeping. When he gets there, he runs into Exile and Hunter's room. "Hunter! Exile! i have something important to tell you," he says. "Blitz, it was just a dream," Exile replies, "Go back to bed!" "No, it..." "Go back to bed, Blitz!" Hunter replies sleepily. "But this is important!" Blitz pleads. "Then tell us in the morning," Exile replies, "I need sleep!" "Fine, but it's very important!" Blitz says. "Go away!!!" Hunter and Exile shout at Blitz. "Ok, ok!" Blitz says as he leaves their room. While walking down the hall, he says, "Sheesh!! What a bunch of grumps!!" He then heads to his room, and goes to sleep. Then, the show jumps to an hour later, where the Rovers are meeting in Hunter and Exile's room, here they have recieved a video clip from the Master. "Rovers, I've got bad news," the Master says, "Last night, one of the most valuable pieces from the Jefferson Memorial was stolen. We aren't sure who stole it, and where they headed, so this could take awhile." "So we don't know who or where," Jeff says, "Boy, that narrows down the competition!" "Well," Colleen says, "I guess we'll just have to wait for a lead." "Let's see what's on the news," Hunter says. The Rovers then flip on to Good Morning America. On the broadcast, the person says, "A vey shocking thing has happened. It seems that Govenor Psychill of Michigan has stolen a valuable piece from the memorial. He will stand trial this morning." "The Govenor of the state of Michigan?" Colleen says surprised. "Cody's owner?" Hunter said surprised. "It cannot be him," Exile says. "I bet he was set up," Jeff says. "Probally was," Star replies, "Good thinking, Jeffy." "Would you please stop calling me that, Star?" Jeff asks. "But you let Colleen!" Star says. "That's cause she's my girlfriend," Jeff says. "She is?" Star asks. "Do we have tot ell you everything?" Colleen and Jeff say as they walk away. "Listen, Star, I've got something important to tell you," Blitz says. "Sorry, Blitz," Star replies, "But we're busy right now. Tell us later, k?" "Why won't anybody listen to me?!" Blitz asks. "Cause you're a weird boy," Exile says. "And with you, mate," Rango says, "I can just imagine what you mean by important." "Probally something like, "Oooh guys, I almost have bitten 1000 tusshies," or something weird like that!" Exile says. "Actually, I am at 998!!" Blitz says. "We were right!!" Rango and Exile say together as they walk off. "Well, we better be off to check out this problem," Hunter says. "Let's hit the road, Rovers!!" This is followed by an "Aarroo!" from all of the Rovers as they head to Lansing (Michigan's capital) in the Turbo Jet Rover. Seconds later, they arrive. "Hurry guys," Hunter says, "The trial starts in 5 minutes." The Rovers then quickly exit the plane and enter the building. When they arrive, the trial is just beginning and the first witness is on the stand. The first witness is the security guard at the govenor's house. "Was govenor Psychill out of his home at 1 AM this morning?" the plantiff asks. "No," the security guard replies. "My video shows that the only car to enter the gates entered at 4:30 AM this morning, and the same car left 5 minutes later. Obviously, this is the stealer, and wanted to get some revenge on the govenor." "Do you know anyone that might want revenge on you?" the judge asks. "Not that I recall," the govenor answers. Then, all of a sudden, Blitz stands up and says, "I know who stole the piece." "Blitz!" Jeff says, "Please, please don't embarras us!" "But, I really do know," Blitz says. "It was General Fred Parvo and the Groomer!" "Oh yeah," the govenor says, "That was the guy who asked me for support for his expierements." "Did you give him support?" Colleen asks. "Of course not!!" the govenor responds, "He was going to expierement on dogs like you, and I love dogs!! In fact, I have one of my own!" "Named Cody, by chance?" Rango asks. "Yes, how'd you know?" the govenor asked. "Just a lucky guess," Rango replies. "Well, can ya here Parvo?" Blitz asks Rango. "Hold on a second," Rango replies. Then, the whole pack watches as Rango tries to pick up a signal. "I've got a signal," Rango replies. "It seems their going to steal another piece, tonight." "Not if we can stop them!!" Hunter says, "Let's hit the road, Rovers!!" This is followed by another "Aarrrooo!!" from the Rovers as we go to commercial.
-----------Second Commercial Break---------
The show returns with the Turbo Jet Rover landed about three miles away from the Jefferson Memorial, and the Rovers inside. "Colleen, why'd you never tell me that you and Jeff were boyfriend and girlfriend?" "I dunno," Colleen replies, "Guess I just never had the time." "But I thought..." Hunter says. "Ok, Ok, I guess I should have told you," Colleen says, "But now, ya know!!" "So, Rango, when is their attack going to take place?" Exile asks. "Same time as last night," Rango replies, "1 AM." "Well, I have to hand it to Parvo and the Groomer," Jeff says, "At least they don't attack in the middle of the day." "Which only makes it tougher for us,"Colleen finishes. "Exactly!" Jeff says. "Well, if she can finish your sentences, I guess you two are the perfect couple!!" "Didn't you do that for Blitz?" Star asks. "You are way weird, comerade Star," Exile says. "That sure is true!" Jeff says. "I just love to be complimented!" Star says, happily. "We'll we've got weird boy, so how 'bout weird girl?" Exile asks. "A perfect fit for Star!! Weird girl!!" Jeff exclaims. "What is this, Rover Love Connection Day?" Rango asks. "Sure seems like it," Hunter replies. "What are you saying?" Blitz and Star reply. Rango and Hunter just laugh. "Probally some family thing," Star says. "Whatever!!" Blitz says. "Take your possitions," Hunter says, "It's 12:57 AM." "By the way, Hunter," Jeff says, "What are our possitions?" "Hunter and Exile take the back, Star and I will take the front, Rango and Shag take the left, and..." "Me and Colleen will take the right!" Blitz finishes. "Have we been introduced?" Colleen asks. "How much longer am I going to have to live with this!" Blitz says. "Until you're fired," Colleen replies. "Me? Fired? Never," Blitz says. The door then flies open, and Parvo and the Groomer enter. "Let's go over another highly expensive product," Parvo says, "And this time, we'll mail it to him. That'll set him up for sure!!" As Parvo and the Groomer start walking for the piece, in the back, Jeff jumps out and says, "If you ever stopped being evil Groomer, you could be famous! Why, you could cut the Hanson brothers' hair!!" "I'll never stop being evil," the Groomer replies. "Aw, too bad. Sick 'em, X!!" Jeff shouts. Exile then hops out and freezes the ground beneath them. This causes Parvo and the Groomer to loose their balance, and they go flying into the back wall. Jeff and Exile jump out of the way before Parvo and the Groomer come at them. Then Blitz sees a good chance to get to 1000 tusshies. "After these two tusshies, I'll have 1000!" he shouts as he runs at Parvo and the Groomer. Parvo and the Groomer then try to run away, but are unsuccessful due to the ice. So Blitz first bites Parvo's tusshie and then bites the Groomer's. When the two finally make it to the exit, some policemen are stnding right there. "Finally," a policeman says, "The Groomer and General Parvo have been caught. I don't think the puishment will be easy on you two. Hearing this, Hunter says, "To the power of the pack!!" This is followed by an "Aaarrroo!!" from all of the Rovers, ending the mission, but not the show!
-------Third Commercial Break-------
The show returns with the Rovers back at the RRHQ. "You're good dogs, Rovers," the Master says, "Good, good dogs!!" "The pieces have been returned to the Lincoln Memorial, and Parvo and the Groomer are behind bars. And Blitz, there is a special treat for you in your room." "Lemme guess?" Blitz asks, "A new flea collar?" "You'll see," the Master replies. When he gets there, he sees his new flea collar. "Ooooh, how pretty!!" he says as he tries it on. "So I guess everything's back to normal," Jeff says. "Except for Blitz and Star," Exile adds, "They'll never be normal." "Why does everyone keep making fun of me?" Blitz asks. "Cause it's fun," Jeff says. "And you'll always be number one, weird boy!!" Exile adds. "They're just having fun," Star says, "There's no real offense intended." "And Star, let me ask you a question," Jeff says, "Why do you never make fun of Blitz?" "You guys are setting me up!" Star replies. "No," Colleen replies, "We're setting you two up!" "What?" Blitz and Star reply confused. "I'm convinced," Exile says, "They'll always be weird, a perfect couple, and bad listners." "Oh, that's what you meant!" Star replies, "But can't I just tell you who I like when I feel comfortable?" "Yes," Exile replies, "But we're just curious about who you like , comerade Star." "Ok, I like Blitz," Star says. "And I kinda like Star too," Blitz replies. They bot then turn to each other and say, "Ya doo?" "This has been Road Rover Love Connection Day!!" Exile says. "Sure has!!" Colleen says. She then smiles at Jeff, and we zoom out, ending the show.
