The show begins with the Rovers already transdogmafied in the Road Rover briefing room. As the show begins, the Master is telling the Rovers, "I am sorry to announce that William can not remain with us anymore. For unforseen circumstances, he has to return to his normal life." "I was just starting to like that little kid," Colleen replied. "Yah, he was cool," Hunter said. "Well, I also wanted to tell you that I've recruited a new Rover in William's place. This Rover will not only be the master of the Jr. Rovers, but will fight crime as a Road Rover." "So," Rango said, "Who is it, mate?" "His name is Jeff, and he's a greyhound from America," the Master replied. "Jeff is very loyal and very strong, and will never let anything happen to his friends. He and Muzzle will be the official protectors of the Road Rovers!!" "Cool," Hunter said, "So, where is he?" "He's in another room, I'll go get him." A few seconds later, the Master returned with Jeff. "Hello friends," Jeff said. "Hi," Hunter replied. "And welcome to Road Rover Headquarters!!!" "Nice place," Jeff replied. "So, Master, do we have a mission to solve?" Colleen asked. "Yes you do," the Master replied. "I don't know how or who, but the country of Argentina is continually reporting loss of natural resources and deaths of innocent people. You must investigate this, immediatley!" "Let's hit the Road, Rovers!" Hunter says followed by an "Aaaarrrooo," from all the Rovers. On their way, Jeff is learning some martial-art skills from Colleen. Jeff seems to be completing each move with great ease. Then, at the front of the plane, Max and Cody are once again arguing about something. "Cody, the White Sox are definetley the best," Max says. "Nope, the Tigers are the best." "Below .500!" Lucy says as she walks up, "Both teams are below .500!! Meanwhile, my Yankees and Mets are above .500." "Hey, my team's the best," Lizzie says, "They have the best record in baseball." "Atlanta?" Waboo guesses. "Yep," Lizzie replies. All of a sudden, a ship comes in the Rover's way. "Hey!" Hunter says. Then, Colleen, back from the back, says, "Who are these jokers?" "Don't know," Hunter replies. "I know," Rango says. "I picked up something from their ship." "What was it?" Jeff asks. "They are the Flying Felines!!" Rango replies
----------First Commercial Break------------
As the show returns, Hunter asks, "Flying Felines, who are they?" "A few days ago, I heard about them. They are a group of cats who can talk and fight crime like us, due to the system they call transcatmafiying, but instead of fighting evil, they fight good." "Cats!!" Blitz says. "I vhate cats!!" "We all do," Hunter replied. "Let's blast them!!" Meanwhile, on board a ship that looks like the Rover's ship thy are on (larger Sky Rover), except there is a cat on top, the Flying Felines are talking. "Activate the beaming system," the leader says. "Sure thing, K-C," another one replies. Then they release five beams at the Rover ship before they can blast. The beams hit Hunter, Colleen, Exile, Blitz, Shag, and Muzzle, with the Jr. Rovers, Rango and Jeff untouched. All of a sudden, the six dissappear. "What's going on?" Lizzie asks. "The other Rovers have dissappeared," Jeff replies, "Just try to stay calm." The show then goes on-board the Flying Feline plane, where the Rovers have just arrived. ""So, you are the Flying Felines!" Hunter says. "Yea, so," the leader replies. "We are the Flying Felines, a group of five cats who fight good, like you." As he says this, a Siamese cat comes flying at Colleen. This cat scratches Colleen's face hard and then kicks her away. Then, another cat, a Smoke Persian, releases a ray at Exile. The ray, however, is unlike Exile's, because it causes someone to get badly sunburned instead of frozen. However, Exile relalizes the ray just as the cat fires. He then releases his cooling ray, which blocks off the heat ray. Blitz, realizing the situation, tries to give Exile an advantage by biting the cat's tusshie. However, as he tries, a Calico cat scratches Blitz's tusshie. "Oww!" Blitz yells, "That hurts!!" Shag then comes face to face with a large Abyssian cat. Shag is horrified by the cat. As he runs away, he bumps into Exile, giving the heating ray cat an advantage. "We surrender!" Exile shouts. The show then returns on to the Sky Rover, where Rango and Jeff are in charge. "What should we do?" Jeff asks Rango. "I'm not sure, mate," Rango replies. "We can't fire at the ship, because some of our own are on board." "We'll just stay here then," Jeff replies. Back on board the Sky Feline, the Rovers are inside of a big cage. "So, Rovers," the leader says, who is a Red Tabby Cat. "You probally want to know who we are, and what were doing. Well, we're the Flying Felines. Our powers have been adapted from yours, but we are better than you at them. First off, we have Claw, the large Abyssian cat. His powers are gained from Shag's, but he's not a chicken! Then we have Scratch, the Calico cat. Scratch gained his powers from Blitz, but he scratches tusshies instead of biting them. Next, we have Psycho, the Smoke Persian cat, with powers like Exile's, but with heating vision instead of cooling vision. Up next is Rita, the Siamese cat. Rita has karate powers, like Colleen, but they are even better than her's. Finally, we have me. I am called K-C, and am a Red Tabby. I am the leader, and am even faster than Hunter. We fight good, because we are sick and tired of dogs getting all the credit. And so, we will destroy you!!" All of a sudden, the Rovers spot cases of dynamite all around them, seconds from exploding.
---------Second commercial break-----------
The show returns with the Flying Felines beaming themselves over to the Sky Rover. Over on the Sky Feline, the Rovers don't know what to do. "What are we going to do?" Colleen asked. "Vi vdon't vanna vdie!!" Blitz said. "Jeff, Rango, and the Jr. Rovers will come through," Hunter replied. "They better hurry," Exile said. As the Flying Felines arrived, they were surprised to spot more Road Rovers. "Not more!!" Rita exclaimed. As she said this, Jeff tried to punch K-C, but he ran away before he could attack. Rita then tried to put a karate move on Jeff, but he pulled her down. As Psycho was about to fire a heat ray at him, Jeff pulled out a weapon with whoopie-chsion like substances in them. He fired one at Psycho. As it hit him, Psycho shrank in half!!! The cat then tried to fire a ray, but was to small to damage Jeff. The Jr. Rovers, meanwhile, had escaped into the mini-Sky Rover, inside of the Sky Rover, incase of need. As they entered, Cody said, "Let's hurry!!" The Rovers then took off for the other ship. As they neared it, they fired a ray that left a hole in the ship, enabling them to enter. As they entered the dynamite clock, like the one on bombs, showed there was 10 seconds until ship destruction. "Waboo, try and open the bars!!" Max shouted. Waboo then ran over to the prison cell, and pulled with all her might. "Well help you," they said as all the Jr. Rovers pulled on the bars. Finally, the bars came lose, and the Rovers escaped with 2 seconds left until ship destruction. "Don't board the ship, just jump!!" Hunter yelled. The Rovers then jumped out of the ship as it exploded. As they fell, they looked scared and hopeless, with only ground behind them. "What are we going to do?" Hunter thought. As they fell, a ship flew right beneath them. Hunter recognized the animals on board immediatley. "Space Rovers!!" he said happily. The Rovers then fell into the ship, which's roof was open. "Thanks so much, Saturn!!" Hunter said excitedly. "No problem," Saturn replied, "We heard about the problem, so we came." Hunter then began counting to make sure all the Rovers made it. "Ok," he said, "I'm here, Shag's here, Exile's here, Blitz's here, Colleen's here, and 1,2,3,4,5, all the Jr. Rovers are here, and...Muzzle's not here!! Muzzle!!!" Hunter shouted. -----------Third Commercial Break------------- The show returned inside the Sky Rover, where Rango and Jeff were still holding off the Flyiing Felines. As Jeff tried to dash for the controls to fly the ship away (Rango told Jeff the Rovers were safe), K-C jumped in his way. "Nice try," K-C replied. K-C then gained control of the ship. As Jeff tried to run for K-C, Claw jumped in his way and tossed him to the back of the ship. Rango then tried to fight Psycho(back to his normal height), but Scratch got his tusshie, and then Psycho heated him. The show then went back on the Space Rover plane, where Hunter was talking with the Rovers and Jr. Rovers. "It's my fault," Hunter said, "I should have kept an eye on him." The other Rovers are feeling sad and guilty when they remember Jeff and Rango. "Jeff, Rango, we must help them out!" Exile says. "You're right!!" Cody replies. "I forgot about them!!" "Space Rovers!" Hunter says, "Take us to the Sky Rover, we have some unfinished business to take care of!!" "Sure thing, Hunter," Mercury replies. The Space Rover plane then heads to the Sky Rover. As they arrive, Mars intiates the retrieval system. Meanwhile, inside the Sky Rover, the Flying Felines have Rango and Jeff trapped in the back. All of a sudden, a blast hits the Sky Rover and Hunter, Cody, and Exile jump aboard. "Your alive!?!?!?!?!?" K-C says stunned. "Yes," Hunter replied, "And we're going to take care of you!!" Cody then threw three frisbees at Scratch, Psycho, and Claw. They caught these frisbees, and fell backwards. "Three down, two to go!" Exile announced. Then Exile fired a freezing ray at Rita. The ray froze her in her tracks. However, expierencing love like Hunter has for Colleen, K-C knocked Exile to the ground. Jeff now knew it was his time. He came up to K-C and punched him hard. He then lifted K-C up and threw him off the plane. "I'll have my revenge!!" K-C shouted as he fell to the ground. The Rovers then exited the plane, with Jeff and Rango. "We must destroy it, to make sure the Flying Felines never hurt us again!!" Hunter shouted as he entered the plane. Mars then blasted a large blast at the Sky Rover, and it blew up. However, the Rovers weren't in the mood for saying "To the power of the pack, Aaaarrroo," due to Muzzle's death and severe injuries to Colleen, Jeff, Blitz (on the tusshie), and Hunter. "We have to give one last aarrroo, for our departed comrade, Muzzle. He would want us too," Exile said. "You're right," Hunter said, as the Rovers gave one last Aaaarrroo for their departed friend and comerade Muzzle, and put another case to a sad end.
