    *STORY BEGINS, NOW!!!!!!!*

The show begins with a picture of Jeff's room, where he is relaxing back in an arm chair, with 5 dollars in his hand. Then, all of a sudden, Blitz enters. "Hello Jeff," he says slyly. "Ok, ok, not only did the Marlins beat the Giants, but theey went all the way. Here's 5 bucks. Take it. Happy? I am!" "Oh, this will be enough to take Star out to dinner tonight!" Blitz says as he walks out of the room. Just as Blitz closes the door, Jeff throws a pillow that hits the door. "Rats!" Jeff says as he puts his head back on the chair, with his "most popular" cap on. Then, all of a sudden, Buddy walks in. "Welcome to Rover chat, where we talk about everything!" Jeff says, looking at the camera, "What may I do for you today?" he asks Buddy. "Just wanted to ask you if you've recieved the new computer game," Buddy says. "Nope, haven't gotten it yet, Buddy," Jeff replies. "Oh well," Buddy says, "Hopefully it will come soon. It looks so cool!" "From what I saw, I have to agree," Jeff says, "Looks fun." "It should come soon," Buddy says, "Today is the 7th week, 6th day, and it said "6-8 Weeks" on the package, so it should come soon." "Hopefully," Jeff says, "You never know with UPS! What if they strike?" "Good point," Buddy says, "So, what are you doing today?" "Going to watch NFL all day long in the TV room!" Jeff replies, "I booked it for us." "Cool!" Buddy says, "And you know, my Broncos will whip your Panthers." "I don't want to get into anymore bets," Jeff says, pointing to his wallet, "But, I'll challenge that thought. Let's go!" The show then shows Jeff and Buddy watching a football game in the TV room. All of a sudden, the announcer says "Touchdown!" "That makes it 14-0 Broncos!" Buddy says, "We're gonna win! We're gonna win! Ha ha ha ha ha!!!" "Hey, it's still early," Jeff says. "That's what they all say!" Buddy replies. Then, all of a sudden, the Master enters. "Hello Jeff, Buddy," he says. "Hi Master!" Buddy says, "What's up?" "Well, I've been out all day, and I was awfully busy with the party you guys planned last night, cleaning up and such." "Please, please, don't bring back memories!" he said, "I make fun of Blitz, and he slaps me silly!" "Ooooh, that's rough!" Buddy replies. "So, what did you come in here for?" Jeff asks as he glances at the TV. "Well, yesterday I got a package, for..." "Me!!!" Buddy yells, "It's the computer game, isn't it?" "Sure is!" the Master replies, "Straight from the newst, coolest computer company, Gnauq (pronounced like g'nok, almost like the locals in New York say "N'York.")." "I can't wait!" Buddy says, "I have to tell Spirit! She wanted to play the game too!" "She's playing 'beauty parlor' with the other girls," the Master explains, "in her room." "Cool," Buddy says, "I'm off!" "See ya!" Jeff and the Master say as the Master walks off. "Ha ha, now I get all the popcorn to myself!" Jeff says slyly as he moves over. Then, he throws some popcorn at the TV, and says, "Interference?!?!?!?!? Horrible call!" The show then jumps to Spirit and Star's room, where Buddy sees the girls giving each other makeovers. "Excuse me?" Buddy asks. This causes Star and Spirit to gasp , but then they realize who it is, and Spirit says, "Yo, Buddy! What's up?" "You'll never believe what I got in the mail!!!" Buddy says. "Fan letters?" Star asks. "Nope," Buddy replies. "Tickets to the Super Bowl?" Spirit asks. "I wish, but no. Remember that computer game we sent for, Spirit?" "Of course, how could I forget!" Spirit says, "What was it called again?" "Beat the Game!" Buddy replies, "Remember?" "Oh yes, I forgot," Spirit says, "Want to play it?" "Cool!" Buddy says. The two then turn to Star. "Can we play it in here?" they ask. "I guess," Star says, "I have a date with Blitz anyway. We are going for a walk, and taking a stop at my secret spot." "Why won't you tell anyone what it is?" Spirit asks as Star puts on a leather Road Rovers jacket. "Because it's a secret," Star replies secretly, "See ya!" "Bye!" they say as Star exits. As she leaves, Buddy turns to Spirit and says, "Let's beat the game!" The two then turn on the computer and push in the disk. As they do so, a dark image with a purple brackground and neon green lettering comes up, saying Beat The Game. Then, the letters suddenly disappear, and a maze comes up. Then, a spooky voice says, "Follow your instincts to the exit, beat the game!" Then, all of a sudden, a flash comes out of the computer, and hits Spirit and Buddy. The blinding light causes the two to cover their eyes, and when they open them, they look, and see that something has changed. "Hmmm, I never noticed that wall right there," Buddy says. "Neither have I," Spirit replies, "What do you think that flash was?" "I have no idea," Buddy says. He then turns to his left, and says, "Oh my god!" "What?" Spirit asks, "Woah!" she says. Then, the shows shows the two staring out, where they see a screen, and then Star and Spirit's room! "What happened?" Buddy askes. "Well, obviously, we are in the computer," Spirit says, "This is too weird." She then sits down where she expects her chair to be, and falls on the ground. "Up we go!!" Buddy says as he offers her a paw. "Thanks," she says, "So, what do we do?" "I don't know what we can do," Buddy replies. He then runs up to the screen, and tries to jump out, but he falls right backward, due to the screen. "Woah!!" Spirit says, "You okay?" "Ohhh, my head," Buddy says as he rubs it. "Looks like we'll just have to wait." Then, the two begin to shake. "What's happening?" they ask. Suddenly, the two disappear.

    ---------------------------------------------------First Comercial Break-----------------------------------

"Leaving the computer on like that!" Jeff says, looking at the blank computer for the first time, "Naughty dogs! Wonder where they went? Oh well, now I get the room to myself, which means..." Jeff then walks over to a book on the bookshelf, that reads Star's Ultra Secret Diary: Do Not Touch!! That means you Jeffy!!! Of course, Jeff doesn't even pay attention to it, and being the expert lock picker he is, he breaks the lock and opens the book. He then turns the book to Tuesday, October 14, 1997. "This was the day of the incident where Star got mad at Blitz at the go-cart track," Jeff says, "I'll see what she says! This should be good!" Jeff then reads:

"Today, all we Rovers went to the new go-cart track. I annoyed Jeffy a little on the way. I mean, I probally don't love him as much Colleen does, but still, he's the coolest, finest Rover. I mean, sure, I like Blitz and all, but he's no Jeffy. Oh well, he's married, so I have to move on. Anyway, Blitz kept ramming me on the go-kart track, and got me majorly teeded off (but like I can drive anway). We even had an argument afterwards. He said he was just playing, but I didn't believe him. Maybe I'm just being too self-conscious. Oh well. Jeffy even playful rammed me once, but I don't mind him doing that too me, though I did yell and scream at him, pretendingly. Well, that's all that happened today. I'll write soon.

  • Yours Truly,
  • Star
  • "Wow!!!" Jeff says, "She wasn't lying when she said that! This is just hard to believe!" Jeff then hears footsteps down the hall, sounding like Star's, so he hurriedly closes the diary and locks iy back up. He then picks up a newspaper and reads right when Star enters. "What are you doing in my room, Jeffy?" Star asks, "angrily". "Just reading the newspaper," Jeff replies, "Hey, have you seen Spirit or Buddy?" "Can't say that I have," Star replies, "Or I'd be lying." "I haven't either," Jeff replies, "Must've gone out for the day!" "I guess," Star replies as she places her jacket down on the computer chair and hops in it. "You getting online?" Jeff asks. "I guess," Star replies, "I might as well, check my e-mail and such." "Ok, but no junk mail to me!" Jeff says. "Fine, fine," Star says as Jeff leaves. Then, as she begins to sign on, she notices the window for Beat The Game. "I think I'll check that out," Star says, " See what's so great about it, y' know," talking like someone else is there (she does that often). As she brings it up, she sees the same background, as it disappears, she decides to go get some snacks. "Time for my mid-day break!" she says. As she exits, the game comes up, and Buddy and Spirit suddenly reappear. "What happened?" Buddy asks. "Don't ask me," Spirit replies, "Maybe someone shut off the computer or something. That was way freaky!" "Sure was!" Buddy says, "And still, nobody there." Then, they hear the same spooky voice say this statement again, "Follow your instincts to the exit, beat the game!" This causes the two to jump, since the voice sounds like it is right behind them. Then, they see a flash of light exit from the computer again, and it catches Star's jacket, and brings it inside! Spirit then catches it as it lets go. "Star must have turned it on!" Spirit says, "Looks like she got back from her date." "Oh, cool," Buddy says, "Looks like someone can finally help us out of this very unusual predicament." "That's definetly good news," Spirit says, "But, where is she?" Then, the spooky voice says, "10 seconds until the game begins!!" "This isn't good," Buddy says. Then, suddenly, Star enters with a Pepsi in hand and a Butterfinger. "You gotta love the Rover snack machines!" she says. She then looks at the computer chair, and notices her jacket missing. "Wonder where it went," she says. She then sits down, and looks at the computer, noticing Buddy and Spirit. "Cool, they must have customized the game to put them in it!" Star says, excitedly. Then, from inside the computer, she hears a scream, "Duck!!!!" BUddy shouts. "What?" Star asks. Then, right as the flash comes out of the computer, Star follows the request, and the flash gets the computer chair instead. "WHat's going on here!?!!?!?!?!" Star shouts. Then, she looks at the screen, and sees her computer chair, Buddy, Spirit, and her jacket inside. "What's happening?" Star asks, "Is everything going into the game? No, that's too crazy." "Believe it," Spirit says. "Did you guys get sucked into the computer through that flash?" Star asks. "Yes," Spirit replies, in a computerized voice, "And the game is beginning." "This is not good," Star replies, "What should I do?" "Get us to the exit!!!!!" Spirit and Buddy shout. "Ok, ok, sheesh!" Star replies. Then, the spooky voice says, "The game...has begun." Just as it says that, Colleen and Jeff enter, hand-in-hand. "What's happening, Star?" Colleen asks. "Come here, quick!" she says. "Why?" she asks. "You wouldn't believ me if I told you," Star replies. The two then rush over to the computer, where they see Buddy, Spirit, the leather jacket, and the computer chair. "Cool!" Jeff says, "How'd you put them in?" "No, no, no," Star says, "That's really them." "Yeah, sure," Jeff says. "She's not kidding," a computerized-voice replies, "It's us." "Buddy?!?!?! Spirit!?!?!?!?!" Colleen and Jeff ask. "It's us," Spirit replies, "Unfortunatley." "But, how'd you get in there?" Colleen asks, pointing. "This light thingy," Buddy replies, "Got Star's jacket and computer chair as well." "Too freaky!" Colleen replies. "Now, we need to get out of here," SPirit says, "And that means that we have to beat this game." "I'll help," Jeff says, "That football game is a blowout." "As will I!" Colleen says. "That's helpful to know," Spirit says. "Let's go!" The two then walk forwards, but then Spirit walks back. "Can I wear your jacket?" she asks Star. "Go ahead," Star replies, "It might help you." "Okays," Spirit replies. "I'll get this out of the way," Buddy says as he pushes the computer chair put of the way, "Let's go." "Why don't we start to the left?" Spirit asks. "Alright," Buddy replies. They then try and move their feet, but can't. "We can't move!!" Buddy shouts. "Now, can you?" Star asks, as she presses the left arrow key. "Perfect!" Spirit and Buddy say as they move to the left. The show then shows Jeff reading over some of the game's directions. "Be sure to look out for some crystal-like items on the way," Jeff says, "They give clues." "Will do," Buddy says. They then approach a wall, and Spirit says, "Right, please." and so Star hits the right arrow. As they turn a corner, they reach a pit of fire. "Woah, hot, hot, hot!" Spirit says. Then, the spooky voice says, "Use what you have to survive the fire." "What we have," Buddy says, "Us two, and a computer chair, we got nothing!" Jeff then looks at the name of the company that maded the game, "Gnauq." "That's a weird company name," Jeff says, "Gnauq," he repeats. Buddy then looks like he got a great idea, and says, "Gnauq!! That's Quang backwards!!" Jeff then hinks for a second, and then says, "By golly Buddy, you're right!" "Sure is," Colleen says, as she holds up a paper with Gnauq and Quang written on it, showing what he did. "So Quang must have made this," Jeff says, "Creating more terror in this already crazy world!" "But, if we know someone who may get a leg, or ear up on the situation, its..." Star says, before being interrupted by Jeff and Colleen, who say, "Rango!" "Preeecisley," Star replies. Rango then runs in, saying, "Did somebody say my name?" "You gotta love those ears!" Star says. She then turns to Rango, and says, "Rango, listen for anythign that evil enemy Quang might be doing." "No, no, no!!" Jeff says, "That's not the way! Listen for something unusual in the computer." "Geez, critics!" Star says. "Well, I do hear something strange with the signals to the CGIs." "CGIs?" Colleen asks. "Basically, it's the images on the computer," Rango replies. "That would be us," Spirit replies, "But please do hurry. It's getting really hot, and it's not just me." "Spirit?" Rango asks. "Yes, it's me, and Buddy too." "That's it!" Rango shouts, "The strange running machine particle is sending pictures of real creatures to the processor, the thing that runs the whole computer." "And those messages must have been sent by the white light!" Star says. "I guess so," Colleen says, "But, if we could hraness the power, we could send items into the computer to help out Buddy and Spirit." "Nice observation," Jeff says, "But how can we do that?" "Well, we could call in X-ray eyes himself to help us out," Rango says. "Exile!!!" Jeff, Colleen, Star, Spirit, and Buddy say simultaneously. Suddenly, the door pops open. "I believ that I heard my name as I was passing by," Exile says, "What may I do for my comerades?" "How about using your X-ray eyes to look into this computer," Colleen explians. "Will do, but why?" Exile asks. "Hello," Spirit and Buddy say, with their computerized voices. "Spirit and Buddy!" Exile shouts, "You are nothing more than pint-sized images on a computer screen! Oh, how terrible!" "That's why we need you to look inside the computer," Buddy explains, "For us." "Then what should I look for?" Exile asks. "Something weird, something involving the images sent to the computer, mate," Rango explains. Exile then activates his X-ray eyes, and looks inside. The show shows what he is seeing meanwhile (hey, it's not my fault you can't see it! It's stupid WB's!!! Back to the show). "Hmmm, I do see something amiss," Exile says. "What might that be?" questions Spirit. "There is a strange white bulb right near the image-thigy you talked about," Exile explains. "Oh, great English!" Jeff says sarcastically. "That must be what sucked them into the computer," Colleen says, "Now if we could only harness its power." Jeff then suddenly shuts off the screen. "What are you doing?" Star asks. "Trust me," Jeff replies. He then turns the screen back on, and the three items (remember, the computer chair is long gone) are there. Jeff then jumps in front of the computer, and sure enough, the light comes out and zaps him. "That's how you do it," Jeff says, from inside the computer. "Jeff, mate, you'r a definite genius!" Jeff then blushes, inside the computer. "Now, you're here too," Spirit says, "So we need a plan." "Already got one," Jeff says. He then pulls out his shrinking gun from out of a pocket (how could it fit in a single pocket? It shrunk itself!!), and shoots himself with it. "I thought that was a shrinking gun!!" Buddy and Spirit say as Jeff shoots himself. But, of course, Jeff rises to his original height of 12 feet! "Wow, mister, you're tall!!" Spirit says. "Sure is," Buddy replies, "You could play in the NBA!! Heck, you could be the NBA!!" "Rocks doesn't it," Jeff says. He then picks up the two dogs, and places them down on the other side of the fire pit. "Thanks, man!" Buddy says. "No problem!" Jeff says, in a booming computerized voice (but, the dogs inside the computer hear them talking reguarlly). He then takes a giant leap over them, and lands on the other side. He then shrinks himself to his Rover size. "Let's go!!" he says. "Fine by me!" Buddy replies. "Alright!!" Spirit says.

    ------------------------Second Commercial Break-----------------------------

The show returns with the two being directed to the right by Star. "Wonder what we'll encounter next," Spirit questions. "Whatever it is, I hope that it rocks!!" Buddy says. "In this maze, well, there's probally not much hope for it rocking," Jeff says, "It will just be scary." "Guess so," Spirit says. Then, as they approach a wall, Star directs them to the left, where they see a door. "What should we do?" Spirit asks. "I say we go inside!" Buddy says, adventurely. "Fine with me!" Jeff says, as he turns his head to Star, and Colleen, who direct them forwards, into the room. Suddenly, the dark room is lighted by some lamps, but still, it is hard to see. "What's in here?" Spirit asks. "Can't tell," Jeff replies. So, Star directs him forward, but suddenly, he trips over something, and bumps his knee. "Owwww!" he shouts. Then, Star sends Buddy and Spirit over to investigate the situation, but as they walk by, they feel a brush of air. "What's that?" Spirit asks, grabbing Buddy. Buddy smirks, and then says "No clue." Then, they hear a shriek of terror from Jeff, something no one had heard before. Buddy then goes even closer, and tries to touch Jeff, but he gets a bite back. When he stares at the bite, it looks like that of a snake! "Snake!!" he shouts. As he says this, the room lights up completely, showing 7 gigantic snakes at different corners of the room. One is on top of Jeff, who is fighting it. "Get off me!" he shouts as he punches it. The snake flies off, winces, and then starts at Spirit. But, noticing his move, Jeff pulls him down in a tackling motion, and throws him away. Instantly, 3 other snakes run to the snake, obviously the leader, while the 3 others run at the 3 Rovers. The first one jumps right at Buddy, but Buddy ducks under the jump, and grabs its tail once it hits the ground. Buddy then hops up, and throws it in a shot-put motion away. Then, the two others head towards Jeff and Spirit, but Jeff takes them both on. "Let me take the controls," Colleen says to Star, outside the computer. "If you really want to," Star replies. "I do," Colleen replies. Meanwhile, inside the computer, Jeff kicks one snake in the head, and then slaps the other with his left paw. This causes the "kicked" one to wince, but the "slapped" one comes right back at Jeff, as it coils, and then flies at him. Jeff moves his paw just in time, and the snake flies past him. Spirit then runs up, and wrestles with the snake, until finally it gives up, and scoots off. The other snake, noticing that it is outnumbered, then runs off as well, leaving the room free of snakes. "We did it!" Spirit and Jeff shout, as they exchange high-fives. Buddy then walks up. "Were those poisoinous snakes?" he asks. "I hope not," Spirit says, "Why?" "Because I got bit pretty hard on the paw," Buddy says. "Let me see that," Jeff says. He then looks at the paw, that has a big red mark on it. "You did get bit hard!" Jeff says, "Here's hoping that you are okay." "Yeah, hopefully you are," Spirit says. "Thanks guys," Buddy says, blushing. The three then are directed towards the door, but as they are about to exit, they spot one of those white crystals! "A crystal!!!" the seven (Jeff, Buddy, and Spirit in computer; Exile, Rango, Star, and Colleen directing and watching) say together. Buddy then reaches out his good paw, and touches it. Instantly, a message pops out, reading, "Next up for you is the Lake Of Luck. The way you choose is good or yuck. Choose the way of green or red. Do what's best inside your head." Then, as they exit the door, they find one way to the left, and one way to the right. The way to the left is red, while the way to the right is green. "Should I take them left or right?" Colleen asks the four. "I bet that it's left, mate," Rango says, "Since most people, or dogs, are right-handed, or right-pawed, I'd bet the creator would want to trick us into going right, when it's left. So, I'd go left." "Good thinking, comerade!" Exile says. "Yeah, nice job!" Star says. "You guys are going left," Colleen says. "Fine with us," Spirit says. "Yeah, that's cool!" Jeff says. The three then walk down the left path, colored red. They then approach a corner, and turn left, with the path, but reach a dead end.
