*SONG*
The show begins with a picture of the Mississippi Detention Center, where one of the prison cells reads E. Schllinz. "Who's this guy?" a policeman there asks. "Edward Schllinz," the other, skinnier oficer replies, "He's commited about every crime there is, from robbery to physical abuse. He hasn't been sentenced to death yet, but will be soon." Then, there is a knock on the door of the prison. "Who coulsd that be?" the chubbier officer asks. "I have no idea," the other officer replies. When the door opens, a cat, that can walk and talk, jumps at the officer and pins them down. Then the other four cats then use their claws to rip through the prison bars, releasing Edward Schillinz. The cats and Edward then take off, running away from the prison. The show then heads to the Rovers location in Florida, where they are visiting GatorWorld. There, Shag, Hunter, and Jeff are wrestling alligators. "This is cool," Jeff says as he pulls a gator down by the tail. Then, all of a sudden, a light shines on the Rovers. "Rovers, please come to the Rover Headquarters immediatley, for the welcoming of two Rovers." "Two more?" Hunter asks, "Boy, were getting big." "Sure are," Colleen replies. The Rovers then take off in the Power Rover and head for the headquarters. When they arrive, the Master introduces them. "Rovers, this is Star. She is a German Sheperd, who'll kinda be the Dennis Rodman of our group. She can annoy very well, and always likes to wear sunglasses. Also, her left ear refuses to stand up, and she smiles a lot." "Good description," Star says as she tries to lift her left ear. "Then, we have Maxine. She'll be a Jr. Rover. She's a West Highland White Terrier, otherwise know as a Westie. She has eyesight that can turn herself and others invisible. This will help you sneak up on the enemy." "That's me," Maxine replies. "So, who is everyone?" Star asks. "Well, we've got this little song that tells you are names," Jeff says. "Fire away," Star replies.
Jeff: Finding out our names is a bit of a game
Colleen: It's not really hard, and cool not lame
Jeff: Once you get it down, it's pretty easy
Colleen: I think it's cool, so don't call it cheezy.
Jeff: You take your name, your breed, and the word Rover, so my name's, Jeff Greyhound Rover!
Colleen: Yep, You take your name, your breed, and the word Rover, so my name's Colleen Collie Rover!
Star: So, you take your name, your breed, and the word Rover, so my name's Star German Sheperd Rover!
Jeff: Kind of a stretch, but you got it down
Colleen: Now for the Jr. Rovers, hounds
Cody: For us, there's a little change
Lucy: It's more of a stretch, and more of a game
Cody: You take your name, your breed, Rover and Junior, so my name's Cody Lab Rover, Junior.
Lucy: Yep, you take your name, breed, Rover and Junior, so my name's Lucy Border Collie Rover, Junior
Maxine: So, I take my name, breed, Rover and Junior, so my name's Maxine Westie Rover, Junior!
Jeff: That's who we call each other
Colleen: It's something we made to make fun of each other!!!
Star then says and points, "So, you're Jeff, you're Colleen, you're Cody, and you're Lucy. So who are you?" she asks Exile. "Exilo Mikhalovich SanHusky!" Exile says. "What kind of name is that?" Star asks. "It's Russian, all names are like this," Exile says. "Right," Colleen says, "You see..."
**MUSIC STARTS**
Colleen: Russian names are kind of a game
Exile: There's a first, a last and a middle name.
Colleen: Giving the first name is the mama's chore
Exile: Like Boris, Alexander, or Fyador
Blitz: Last name comes from the family
Exile: Like Pushkin, Basylrov, or Porfiry
Colleen: Next comes the middle name and 'ere's the fun. The papa gives his first name to his son
Exile: Add -ovitch or -yevitch to the end
Blitz: Here is an example as you comprehend
Exile: If the papa's name is Sonov, now here's the switch, the kid's middle name is Sonov-ovitch!!
All: Yea, the kid's middle name is Sonovovitch!!

All: Oops!
"So that's why your name is like that," Star says, "It's a Russian tradition." "Yes," Exile replies, "And you can call me Exile." "Cool," Star replies. "So we've got Jeff, Colleen, Exile, Cody, and Lucy..." "I'm Hunter," Hunter says, "A hero hound, leader of the pack!!" He then points to the Rovers and says, "That's Blitz, that's Shag, that's Rango, that's Max, that's Lizzie, and that's Waboo. We are the Road Rovers!!" That is followed by a loud "Aaaarrrooo!!" from all the Rovers. "So, Master, do we have a mission to solve?" Hunter asks. "Yes you do," the Master replies. "In Mississippi last night, it seems that five cats broke into the Mississippi Detention Center and released highly harmful criminal Edward Schllinz. Also, we've heard that the Mississippi River is being overflowed by water somehow. I have feelings that these two situations may be related." "5 cats?!" Star asks, "How could cats release a prisoner?" "Oh no, it can't be," Jeff said. "He's done it," Colleen replies. "That's correct," the Master replies, "K-C has rebuilt the Flying Felines, and they're even badder then ever. They must be stopped." "He's right," Hunter says, "Let's hit the Road, Rovers!!" This was once again followed by a loud "Aarroo!!" from the Rovers as they took off for Mississippi in the Power Rover. When the Rovers board the plane, Jeff asks Hunter, "When do I get to drive, Hunter?" "When I get my liscence revoked," Hunter replied. "What?" Jeff asks, "Your pilot's liscence?" "No, my dog liscence!" Hunter and Colleen reply. "That's the third time you've said that joke," Colleen replies. "Oh, keeping track?" Hunter asks jokingly back. A few seconds later, the Rover plane is over the Mississippi River. On their on-board TV sets, they're watching the nightly news. On the show, the announcer is saying, "It's a mysterious water diffency and water glut here in Mississippi. Lately, the water supplies have been running very low, while the Mississippi River is on the brink of overflowing. We have no explination for this paradox, which is why were happy that the Road Rovers are coming to help us!!" "You better be happy," Exile says. "We're high quality, 93% cool, canine super heroes," Jeff says. "You mean 100%, right?" Colleen asks. "No, 93%, which is 13/14, I'm discounting Blitz for the cool part," Jeff replies. "Hey!" Blitz says. "C'mon Jeffy, be nice," Colleen replies. "First time I've heard you defend Blitz. And please don't call me Jeffy, it's insubordination," Jeff says. "Insubordination?!" Colleen replies, "I'm higher ranked than you!" "Then inordination," Jeff says, "There, I got rid of the sub." "Whatever," Colleen says as she discontinues the conversation. "So, are you Jeffy or Jeff?" Star asks. "Well, my real name's Jeff, and I like Jeff better," Jeff says. "It's cooler and it makes me sound older. Jeffy makes me sound like a little puppy, a little baby. I hate it!!" "Ok," Star replies, "I'll call you Jeffy then. See ya Jeffy!" "Uggghh!" Jeff replies. "So Jeffy, can I see the computer?" Blitz asks. "That's it!!" Jeff replies, and then he punches Blitz in the stoumach. "Owwwwww!!!" Blitz replies to the punching, "That hurt!!" "Don't call me Jeffy," Jeff replied, "And you won't feel the pain." "Gotcha," Blitz replies painfully. The Power Rover then lands right next to the Mississippi River, where they see the high-filled river. "My gosh," Jeff says, "That's high!!" Then, a man in a red cross shirt comes up to them and says, "Thanks for stopping by Rovers. This river is on the brink of a flood that could destroy many houses around the area." "And it doesn't look lik were getting any help," Star says, pointing to a thunderstorm headed their way. "Oh great!" Exile says, "We better get ready to prevent a big flood." Jeff then notices that Star is wearing sunglasses, so he says, "Star, it's raining. Why in the world are you wearing sunglasses?" "Cause their cool," Star replies. "Ok?" Jeff replies confusedly. Then, all of a sudden, the water started flowing out of the river, at a torrent pace. "We have to get these people out of their homes!!" the Red Cross man shouts. As they start running to the homes, a hand reaches out and grabs Lucy. Then, another hand grabs Rango, and two other ones grab Shag, all from behind a bush. "We have survived," a familar voice says, "And it's time we destroyed you!!" "Not the Flying Felines!" Rango says. "Bingo," the voice replies.
---------First Commercial Break--------
The show returns with the voice saying, "You Rovers killed my first bunch of comerades, so I got four back by the same names, and rebuilt my powerful team. "So you're K-C," Lucy says. "Yes, I am," K-C says showing himself. "Now surrender, and the flooding will stop." "Surrender?" Rango says, "I'll never surrender!" "Then you'll die," K-C replies. The show then jumps over to the village off the Mississippi River, where Jeff and Star are trying to get into a home. "Open up!!" Jeff shouts, "There's a very dangerous flood coming here right now!" Then a mother, son and daughter run out of the house, and run for the Power Rover. The screen then jumps over to Hunter, who's digging in the ground. "Do you see any pipelines?" Colleen asks. "Yes, Hunter says, "but they've been reversed. They go to the Mississippi River instead of to these homes." "So that's why there's been flooding," Colleen says. "Must be," Hunter replies. The show then retuns to the site of the capture, where the Rovers are trying to negotiate with the Flying Felines. "Why are you doing this?" Lucy asks. "For one reason," the 2nd Rita says, "Cause we're evil. Now, do you surrender?" Shag then raised his hands and walked over to the Flying Felines, and Rango and Lucy followed. "Good decision," K-C said, "But it's too late for the flooding to stop, so..." "Hey, mate, that's not fair!!" Rango says, "You told us you'd stop it." "You should never trust evil," Psycho says, "Now you are our slaves." "Mine too," another vouice says. "Who the heck are you?" Lucy asks. "Edward Schllinz," the voice replies, "Finally free from jail. And I have some tools that will destroy you easily, and the rest of you're goody-two-shoes bunch of dogs." The screen then returns to the village, where the Rovers are still releasing some of the people. By this time, the flood is getting even higher. "Get as many people as you can!" Jeff shouts, "We have to clear out!" The Rovers then get the last remaining people out of their homes, and run to the Power Rover. "We got everybody?" Hunter asks. "No," Cody replies, "We're missing Lucy!!" "And we're missing Rango!!" Star shouts. "And we're missing Shag," Blitz says. "We'll have to come back for them," Hunter replies, "We've gotta get these people to saftey." "Roger," Colleen replies. "Who is Roger?" Star asks. The Power Rover then takes off and lands in a nearby location, out of the way of the flood. "Stay here for now," Hunter says to the people, "At least until the flooding stops." The Rovers then head back to the flooded area. On the way, Hunter says, "If we just had Muzzle, even for just one day, we wouldn't have lost Rango, Lucy, and Shag, and we'd be on our way home by now." Then, the screen goes to a location high in the sky, where Muzzle is being adressed by a very high authority. "Muzzle, you're Rover friends are in very big trouble. You can have one day back on Earth, to save your friends. Good luck!!!" the voice says.
---------Second Commercial Break-----------
The screen then heads back down to Earth, where the Rovers are back in the flooded lands. "If we had Rango," Hunter says, "he'd tell us where they were, and we could save 'em, but..." "He's missing," Jeff finishes. "Exactly!" Hunter says. "Well, I have a super good sense of smell," Maxine says. "Then, can you sniff them out?" Star asks. "I'll try," Maxine replies. Maxine then crouches to the ground, where she sniffs for Rango, Lucy, and Shag's scent. "Their that way!" Maxine says, pointing to her left. The screen then returns to the site of the capture, where Rango, Shag, and Lucy are being hung over a pit of fire. "Before we lower you into the pit," Edward Schllinz says, "Tell us where your other Rover friends are." "How should we now?" Rango asks, "They could be anywhere." "Uh, well..." Edward Schllinz says. Recognizing that he's blond, Rango says, "Doesn't this once again prove that the smartest blondes are Golden Retrievers?" "Sure does," Lucy says. As the lowering begins, the other Rovers run into the picture. "Oh no!" Jeff says, "Their being killed!! How can we stop them?" "My invisible power!" Maxine says. "I'll turn two of you invisible and you can stop the lowering." "Good idea," Hunter says, "Which two?" "How about Jeff and Star?" Exile asks. "Ok, that'll do," Hunter replies. Maxine then turns Jeff and Star invisible. "Cool," Jeff says, "I can see you, but you can't see me!!" "Correction," Star says, "Ultra, super duper, totally neato, super, mighty, absolutely coolio!!!" "Yea, what she said," Jeff says confusedly. "Hurry guys, their getting awfully close!!" Max shouts. Jeff and Star then run over to the controls, which are unguarded. Jeff, who can't be seen of course, quickly changes the lever from lowering to raising. "What da..." Edward Schllinz says as the Rovers begin going up instead of down. "Rango," Lucy says, "I think it's time I told you something." "What mate?" Rango asks. "I like you, a lot." Rango, stunned by this replies by saying, "You do?" "Yes," Lucy says, "You're so brave and caring, and nice, I love you." "Well, I can't lie to any of those and say I'm not," Rango replies, "Just hang in there." Meanwhile, Edward Schillnz is reaching for tHe control, when he gets hit by a punch from Jeff, and falls backwards. Of course, he doesn't know what it was, so he says, "What da heck is going on around here!!!!" Just then, Hunter hears a ruffling from behind a bush. "What's that?" he asks. "Don't know!" Colleen replies. Just then, Muzzle hops out. "Oh my gosh, it's Muzzle!!!" Waboo says. "So he didn't die!!" Lizzie says excitedly. "I think he did," Blitz says, "But he got his day back on Earth." "You might be right for once, weird boy," Exile says. Muzzle then walks up to the Rovers, and talks to Hunter. "What'd he say?" Colleen asks. "He said that Blitz is right," Hunter says, "He got a day back on Earth to save us." "Well, that he can!" Cody says, "Let's Muzzle 'em!!" "Right!!" Hunter shouts. The Rovers then release Muzzle, who flies right at Edward and the Flying Felines. "No!!!" they shout as they are bruised by Muzzle. The screen then turns to a court room, the next day, where Edward and the Flying Felines are standing trial. "Jury, have you reached a decision?" the judge asks. "Yes we have," the spokesman replies, "In the case of the people versus the infamous Flying Felines and Edward Schllinz, we find the cats and Edward guilty as charged." "Very well," the judge replies, "I hereby sentence Edward Schllinz and the entire group of Flying Felines to a double-life sentence with no possibility of parole." "To the power of the pack!!" Hunter shouts, followed by an "Aarrooo!" from all of the Rovers. The show then jumps to the Road Rover Headquarters, where the Master is adressing the Rovers. "Good job Rovers!!" the Master says, "The flooding has ended, Edward Schllinz is back in jail, and the Flying Felines have been stopped. Especially I'd like to thank you Muzzle, for your return and saving of Rango, Lucy, and Shag." "It seems it's time," Hunter says, pointig to Muzzle. "Until we meet again, so long Muzzle!" Jeff says, "Bye!!" all the Rovers say as Muzzle returns to his home in the sky.

Star- I love it! It's SO spiffy! You get to go all over, have fun, be recognized by millions, fight crime, and have fun!

Star- Of course! Who wouldn't? If I didn't think so you'd have to lock me up in a mental hospital, 'cause that ain't normal. And that was a double negative!
