husky with super vision, Blitz, a German doberman pinscher with super jaws, and Shag, a Swiss sheepdog, with well, he didn't turn out so well. They were put together by William Shepherd, affectionatley known as "the Master." In the first episode, the Master is threatened by General Parvo, who we later learn was the Master's cat before he transdogmafied himself into his current form. His goal is to obtain the blueprints to the speciesmafier so that he can wreck havoc on the world, but he fails when the package given to him by the Rovers is not the blueprints, but a bomb. Essential in later episodes is the Master's dog, Scout, who we know as Muzzle. He hops around with the Rovers and his unleashes whenever the Rovers are in a bind. In Parvo's trip through time, he would transform Muzzle into the uncontrolable force of nature and hold him captive, offering him up as bait for the transdogmafication plans. The Rovers don't prevent this from happening, but they end up saving the Master's life. In the series' first scene, Parvo tricks the Master into believing that he has Muzzle in return for the blueprints. But thanks to a letter written by Shag from the past, the Rovers pull off the saving of his life. The season follows through with many exciting, fun-filled episodes, as the Rovers battle villains like Captain Zachary Storm, Professor Atwater, and the Groomer, Parvo's henchwoman. And, as expected, the Rovers exit these battles unscathed. Major events in this series not featured above include the Groomer's realization that Parvo is indeed a cat, Colleen's suspected love for either Hunter or Blitz (though in A Day in the Life it is tipped off that she loves Hunter), Hunter finding his mother, etc.
It was a great season, but there's room for more stories.
