Ways to Celebrate The Fandom

NOWHEREVILLE, USA- Lately, two new ways have come along to celebrate being part of the "fandom." Once again, Dylan's centenial pic is about to roll around! You can enter your characters by visiting his home page, http://musicu.tripod.com/rovers.html! Register your characters and you can be in what is fastly becoming the official pic of the fandom! Star, Cricket, Dervish, Alethia, Julia, Rango, and the originals will all be there, and hopefully even more will be there too. Also, be sure to check out the New Cadets page and you can enter some info about your fan-fic characters, so people can know more about them! I might even use some of them in a story, but of course I'll do a "check with you" before I enter them. So participate, dogs!
Amor in NYC?

NEW YORK- A flop-eared dog and a tooshy-obsessed doberman were seen embracing each other in Central Park.  Our pals at IRN have identified them as 2 Road Rovers.  Reportedly, these 2 could be about to tie the knot.  But beware, a problem could exist.  We have also received reports that the Flying Felines could show up to wreck the whole party.  Check out Smooch a Pooch to        discover the full report on this developing situation.

PUPPY LOVE: Could this dog be about to tie the knot?

G'bye...again?
ATLANTA, GA- After 3 years of airing "Road Rovers," Cartoon Network, at least as of now, is not airing the cartoon on its airwaves. Effective July 3rd, 2000, SWAT Kats replaced "Road Rovers" in the Rovers' 2:30 PM weekly time slot. This move MAY NOT be permanent, however. While "Road Rovers" was running in the time slot, SWAT Kats wasn't on. This could just be a temporary move, and remember, a new season is coming this fall, so Cartoon Network could switch things around. However, it is still important to voice your anger with this decision to Cartoon Network. A Rover Rescue mailing rally could take place soon, and an e-mail should be going out to those of you on the fan roster in the next few days. So keep in touch, further developments will be on the way.

Connect A Rover

NOWHEREVILLE, USA- Two new ways are coming to connect the efforts to save the Road Rovers: one is a webring that this site is creating. It should be availible sometime in August. The crazed web producer who runs this whirlygig of fun apologizes for the delay, he's been raising chaos in New York City lately. As for the other, Kirk "Fluffy" Adams is planning to put banners up at Road Rover fan sites linking them back to RRMC, home of the Rover Rescue effort. As with the above story, more news is coming in on these fronts, so stay tuned.
